We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe WiFi barely worked, so we couldn’t do anything on our phones (also barely any cellular service in there), and the smart TV in the room couldn’t use its smart options since the WiFi was too weak. There were also a lot of tiny bugs at the entrance part of the room and the toilet area in the room. Restaurant options around are limited
The view from the balcony of the room is really nice. The room itself is huge and in the morning they came to bring breakfast to the room.

GermanyThe hotel has no sign, therefore difficult to find. Rooms are nice but a bit outdated. Also, not the hotels fault in any way but there are a lot of mosques around and they put the sound as loud as possible which makes it difficult to sleep later than 5Am or to simply relax and enjoy the view.
The rooms were very clean and the view was amazing. The staff was absolutely adorable.

SingaporeThe hotel is a bit of a distance from the main road with no clear signage but it wasn't a big deal for us. Just got us a little worried when we arrived and couldn't find the hotel but our gojek driver ensured we got to the hotel safely. Added a photo of the pathway before the steep turn towards the hotel :)
The breakfast was simple and delicious, the view from the balcony was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier, and the air was cool.

Indonesia-no swimming pool -the bed too soft, like been using for too long -no choices for the breakfast -many bugs like ants will come if you put your food in the table Remember: this place is not suitable for children as there is no facility outside the room. Also the area is very quiet, and your children will ruin the quietness.

GermanyThe owner has a low score compared to Balinese hosts and I find her very arrogant. She refused to communicate with her guests. Likewise her admin refused outright my wish to speak with the boss only. Compared with Bali hosts they score very, very low. The admin also told me that the floating market was 15 minutes drive away whilst it is only 7 minutes walk from the hotel
The room and the view, more than 180 degree of the mountains, valley, agricultural area and sunset. The room was huge with a huge balcony with tempered glass windows. The gentleman at the reception was extremely nice, attentive and helpful. It was him who told me about a shortcut walk to the floating market. 7 minutes walk past food vendors and picnic spots with mountains. Such a pity that the owner is so arrogant and the admin pretty much non existent. It is a beautiful hotel..
