The bathroom was a bit old and because of humidity the color was breaking. Other than that it was a great stay. Please consider that it‘s located on a hill and you will need to walk a lot of stairs / uphill.

The pool with the view was amazing. The Room was quite big and the bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented scooters, did a snorkeling tour and laundry with the organisation of the hotel and the prices were the same as other companies outside of the hotel

The fixtures in the room were a little tired. Taps and plumbing average, paint peeling etc. Apart from that, the rooms were large enough, the beds were very comfortable, and aircon was fine

The stairs might be too much for some people but we were okay.

Fantastic location, close to a beach and great cafe. The pool and view are incredible! The villas are simple but great and all you need.

There are many steps, beware if you have a physical problem. Otherwise you get a good work out.

We stayed here for 2 nights to do several excursions and liked the hotel. Yes there are a lot of stairs, as other reviews have already pointed out, but the payoff is a great view overlooking the nearby bay. Breakfast and room were fine.

Room is dated, bathroom was clean but equally ‘dated grubby’, sheets are clean but feel like they have been washed in salt water, could do with a bit of a refresh, new curtains and aircon, stained mossie net.

Fantastic location especially if surfing can paddle straight out. 2 pools nice view and lovely staff

The property needs some basic maintenance and Reno’s to get to the next level. Water pressure in the bathrooms is an issue, plus simple things like hand towels and soap for the basins would go a long way.

Water temp was a bit tricky to get right in the shower. Nothing major

Awesome location being right on coconut beach. Pick of the beaches for swimming, water sports and surfing. Steep stairs to the beach but manageable. Great staff. They even organised a small cake for my daughters birthday. Villas are comfortable, restaurant has a big menu, breakfasts are good and the pool is epic. Views are amazing.

The bathrooms needed a better clean

The hotel was surrounded by Forrest and had great ocean views. The restaurant had good food with a really good ocean view. 2 pools. Massage spa in hotel Great staff. The steps to keep you fit.

The view from the top pool was spectacular, easy to arrange snorkelling for 300k for 3 hours to Mantra Bay, Crystal Bay and one other spot from Warung Nilla . Great massage at the hotel for k180. It’s a climb to the top but keeps you fit and easy boardwalk into the main town.

Curtains were a bit mouldy and was hard to get water temperature right.

I asked for a view, this meant we had to go up about 90 stairs to get to our room. Fine for us but not for small kids or elderly. They do have rooms further down that don't have views. Could use a little updating, like clean curtains, but wasn't unpleasant. Location is good, close to Coconut beach for swimming and surfing, but most restaurants and main part of town is a bit of a walk. Taxis are also available but more expensive than Bali.

The air con in our villa didn't work well, was hot in the night. Our villa was near the road so motorbike traffic throughout the day. Our villa must have been one of the old ones because the photos definitely looked better than what we had, our bathroom was a bit of a dungeon. Not much hot water for showers either. Food poisoning for 4 of us from the ice cream unfortunately.

Staff were lovely. Location is an easy walk to the beach. We ate at the restaurant which had a great view. All meals were pretty good, although maybe avoid the ice cream. Pools were great.
