Relaxing grounds and pool

It was central and the pool was clean

There was a mess up with our room and they put us in the ring ones, this meant there was an issue with breakfast and after sorting it out we still go Questioned. Water from shower ran brown sometimes and no one spoke English and one or two words so talking to the staff was extremely difficult

The dive shop, The beach cottage with sea view was amazing, the front desk staffs are helpful

I was not aware that the Family villa was across the road

We booked the hotel and needed to arrange some transfer services as my husband can’t walk properly. We tried to contact them MULTIPLE times. Booking team as well via message and phone. No reply so qe had to look for an alternative Terrible customer service from the hotel. I wouldn’t recomend staying here

The garden and spacious area.

1) There are pencil scratches in several rooms, done by children which need to clean. 2) Need maintenance on doors with gaps esp overlooking the garden, entrance for lizards. 3) Need to maintain the airconditioning in room 257 which makes so much noise.

The resort was very nice with a great pool, rooms were clean & very spacious.

No bar to have drinks at or a swim up bar as most would expect from a holiday resort, in fact no alcohol at all we had to purchase beers from the hotel next door which were very expensive. Our room was right next to the elevator on the 3rd floor and the constant dinging from the elevator opening was extremely loud and annoying whistling trying to sleep.

Room not clean, room not comfortable, air con not positioned well. Tv ancient and signal /picture poor. Wifi very poor signal/connectivity

Being From Australia a few more different breakfast would be nice But STILL OK

Lovely garden-themed hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Value for money.

Food at the restaurant was over-priced and not tasty. Breakfast lacked variety and most food were served cold. There were so many people with not enough food to go around.

5 star for the staff, 5 star for the milkshakes, 4 for the room, 4/3for the food.

The food from the restaurant could have been better, and the shower in our room backed up,and you could smell sewer. Other then that the place was great.
