For a city hotel this hotel is centrally located within walking distance to shopping malls, eateries etc. Breakfast was excellent with varieties to chose from.

IndonesiaThe receptionist person isn't really friendly, seems like our key was deactivated so we couldn't open the door, so my brother went to the receptionist to ask them to fix it and when my brother said thanks, she didn't even respond nor smile at my brother just give him the key and ignore him. Really not good.
The houskeeping staff response is fast, when there's a dirty towel set up on our arrival, I asked them to change it and they said sorry before they gave us a new clean towel.

AustraliaThey had live entertainment for 3 hours at their outdoor restaurant, which was at a very loud volume. Not ideal if you wanted to relax in your room.
Comfortable, modern hotel in central Mataram, with large size rooms and a nice pool. Staff are terrific and offer great service: I had large bag of laundry returned in 2 hours for a very reasonable price. Mataram Mall is across the road if you need to do any shopping.

GermanyHad to change rooms twice due to things not working. All three bathrooms did not look at all like in the pictures, very old and not comfortable!! WIFI sucks - keeps losing connection and not stable / reliable (I only used mobile data for my whole stay!). Restaurant food was not good at all. There were construction works going on, sometimes only in the morning?? People were smoking in public areas. But most importantly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for international travelers since many of the staff did not at all or speak VERY limited English.

Singaporethe room is old, worn out, and dirty. the shower’s water pressure is very low and I do not get hot water 90% of the time. the toilet is grimy and strands of hair were found everywhere. stains were also found on pillows and bed sheets.

SingaporeThe proximity to Mataram Mall didn't make much of a difference, since most shops in that mall seems to have closed. Not the hotel's fault, just something to be aware of, if you wanted to stay here because of the mall.
The grounds are beautiful and wide and open, with a beautifully landscaped pool and gardens. Try to get a room with a balcony. Mine did not have one, and a lousy view, but the room itself was good - cool aircon, everything worked well, it was clean, strong wifi. No complaints, as I was there just for one night.

MalaysiaFrom the 1st day stay, staff is not really friendly, only one staff that smile at us while check out. Toilet is dirty, water heater is not working, no iron in the room, have to request several times.
