Toilet needed fixing, kept breaking, Water pressure was abit of an issue, but not a big concern, just took a while to deliver pressure but eventually after a small wait it did come.

The internet was unstable and slow, the water pressure low with intermittent hot water during showers, and there was a power outage lasting over three hours without a functioning generator.

The layout, build quality, and furnishings are excellent, complemented by spacious grassy areas that create a sense of openness. The food is of high quality, with a thoughtful vegan and vegetarian menu, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful.

Lovely pool and garden area right by the rooms. Breakfast was amazing, best smoothie bowls! Easy scooter rental and plenty of quiet beaches to find nearby.

The only downside was that our door didn’t stay closed and often opened when it was very windy so at night I got quite a few bugs bites from insects entering our room.

So beautiful, the dorm was so clean! Felt like a resort ❤️

This hostel is out of this world! I stayed in the shared dorm and the beds & bathroom were super nice, stylish & spacious. The pool area is perfect for a morning / afternoon of chilling. Staff is always ready to be at service and super friendly. And don’t get me started on the breakfast and coffees, so good :) I also really enjoyed the fact that it was walking distance from the beach.

One of the best stays ever! The dorm room was so clean and the bathroom was so beautiful. The pool area is stunning and the food at the restaurant is amazing! And only a 10 minute walk to the beach! Really recommend this place!

Luana is such a peaceful and relaxing place. Food is great and the rooms are very confortable ! The staff is very nice. Selong Belanak beach is 15 min walk.

This place is just amazing. The rooms are really clean, staff are really nice and helpful, very quiet place only a few minutes drive to the beach (or a 15 minute walk). The breakfast bowls are the best I had in Lombok

One of the main reasons we booked this place was because of the no child policy. Unfortunately a family with a child stayed 4 nights at the hotel during our stay, in the room next to us. We asked to change room, the staff tried to help, but it was not possible due to the booking system (another room was free). As we stayed long term four nights are not that much, but if we had only been there for a few days this would have affected the stay more.

We spent one month at Luana and really enjoyed the place. The place is beautiful and have a lush and green garden and pool area. The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet, which was what we had hoped for. The staff are nice and helpful especially Jagat, and we became good friends during our stay. They even helped with buying fruit at the local market to make sure we got to taste the best fruit. Selong Belanak is a quiet small place, with some restaurants, both local and international. We rented scooters and explored the area around. It’s a 30 min drive to Kuta. We recommend staying at Luana and hope to see you again next year:)

Review for Luana Lombok After some days in the busy city of Jakarta, arriving at Luana Lombok was a breath of fresh air. The contrast couldn’t be bigger. This place is cozy and peaceful, surrounded by greenery with a lovely, refreshing pool that became our favorite spot to unwind. We stayed in the big bungalow, which was spacious, super clean, and had an air conditioner that worked perfectly, keeping us cool and comfortable. The location is fantastic, close to Selong Belanak Beach, the only beach positioned to have a stunning sunset. Watching the sun set there was an unforgettable experience. Our favorite beach for pure relaxation was Mawun Beach. It is perfect for unwinding with its calm vibe, soft sands, and no surf, just peaceful waters ideal for snorkeling. If you’re heading east along the coast toward Kuta, you will find an incredible viewpoint and a super cozy café called Folk Coffee. They serve the perfect coffee and lunch with breathtaking views. It is a wonderful spot to relax and recharge during your adventures. We originally planned to stay for just one night but ended up extending for four nights because we loved it so much. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging a scooter for us within 10 minutes and making the extension of our stay seamless. The breakfast was incredible, so good it felt like a treat every morning. This place is also a perfect base for exploring all the beautiful beaches around Kuta. Luana Lombok is an absolute gem. Cozy rooms, a serene environment, delicious food, and amazing staff made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Sadly the surf school recommended was not the best.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, always there to answer any questions. The property is very clean and the rooms are very light and with good AC. The pool is very nice to chill in after a day surfing. The breakfast options were all delicious too.

Gives yoga retreat vibes, but is also just a nice place to chill in-between holiday adventures. I had the unlimited yoga pass & found it so worth its value when staying here. If surf to big, can always have a day of yoga. Great teachers. Pool is beautiful. Atmosphere relaxing Love love love.

Easily one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Indonesia. I was in the dorm room but it doesn’t feel like you are, as the accommodation is so lush. Breakfast was included and it was incredibly delicious and a great range. The staff are super lovely and so accommodating. Luana is in a quiet area so bear in mind and enjoy serene and peaceful Lombok!

There were a couple of times where we had no water but they very quickly fixed this and we were compensated with a few drinks the next morning. The lock to our bathroom was also broken and didn’t work, which we reported twice during our stay but sadly never got fixed. We also believe it’s necessary to mention the small amount of mould building up in the outside showers

We really enjoyed our stay here in Lombok, the room and facilities were extremely nice. Staff were very helpful and the people we met in the resort were nice and made it a very sociable but also extremely relaxing stay. The breakfast was also delicious which they provided every morning. The laundry service was amazing and it was very easy to rent a scooter at a great price. We recommend staying here!
