There was a narrow internal wooden staircase within the room between the living area and bedroom area. It was ok for me but I could see it being difficult to use for elderly people or people with mobility issues. There was no information within the room stating the wifi password

Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Had small bedside tables with power outlets for storing and charging things overnight. Clean bathroom with western toilet. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. A large buffet breakfast was provided with both western and Indonesian food options

Maybe having more vegan and vegetarian options on the menu selection for the restaurant in the hotel would be a plus for tourist who are not carnivores. Also offering taxi or transportation services and tour guide services would be an added benefit to guests.

The location is central to tons of restaurants and less then 10-15 min walk from the local malls. The restaurant inside the hotel has a decent selection of menu items to eat from. The daily breakfast is really good and vegan or vegetarian-friendly. The pool table and board games are available for guest to use during their stay and the front desk staff are helpful with questions you may have. A laundry mat is right next door making it perfect for doing any clothes for long-term stay. Has a top floor outdoor patio to look down on the street. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice hotel, with the lobby designed as a social area where people gather in the evening. Rooms are nice and comfortable, and I could sleep well as the room was quiet. The location is in Jakarta's CBD, in a quiet area. Thank you.

There are only two things I dislike: - There was a hammering and drilling sound at around 11 PM before I went to bed. This was also mentioned by someone else on google reveiew. I don’t understand why any construction works had to be done that late when you know you have guests sleeping. - The room wasn’t soundproofed. I could hear people talking outside. If the hotel can somehow fix this, that would improve the quality of stay by a lot. The rest are more of a suggestion than dislike, hope the hotel can take these into consideration: - I couldn’t find a hair dryer in the room. Maybe I could’ve asked for one, but usually it should be provided in the room already. - In the room where I stayed, the on the upper side of the wall right beside the toilet, there was a small window. And there was a construction site nearby, pretty sure people can peek in from there. This would make guests uncomfortable and you should cover that window with a curtain or a blind. - Breakfast food was ok but sometimes they’re cold. The fried rice in particular was cold and a bit hard. Perhaps invest in a better food warming container. And putting signs showing which foods are spicy would be helpful for people who don’t like spicy foods. Sometimes the tongs are missing, like for the fried chicken and potato wedges, so I had to take a new spoon/fork to take these. What I love the most was the egg counter, I love the scrambled eggs and omelette!

It would have been great if hair dryer was provided at the room, so no need to call the receptionist, ( during my stay, it took a while and had to call two times until they delivered it to my room ).

it's a newly built hotel when we went there on August. so new that we could hear construction works being done until 8 PM on a Friday night. On the room that we stayed in, we have a window that overlooked to the back wall with one metre gap. If we put the blinds all the way up (to let the sun in), some construction workers actually walked in front of the window and could look in to our room, right to the bed. Would love if they have a sheer curtain so we can still enjoy the sun without compromising our privacy. But if they can make sure that no one would be walking around the back area, then it's ok.

went there over the weekend with my mother. She could be very picky and with a very high standard of cleanliness, but she loved our stay. The room is nicely decorated and the breakfast was good for the price. people who work there were really helpful. I definitely recommend it and will stay there again the next time I'm in Jakarta

The room we stayed was much smaller than I had expected. There was unpleasant swage smell while the air conditioner was running on the first day. I left a window open slightly to ventilate next day to reduce the odor.

Please just check the bathroom once, water drainage can create small swimming pool - would be great if water drains quickly) -- Rest all is well.. the room design could be better , space could be better utilized.

It's great place , value for money, great location, supermarket close by -- all in all Very Good place, very friendly staff !! Good breakfast, limited same options, but it's good at the price point !!

Lots of staff speak very poor English and there was a plenty of communication issue. Mosquitoes are ubiquitous in the corridor and in the room so I had to buy an electric mosquito repellent for the duration of my stay. Breakfast was not to my liking due to the selection of food was rather small.

It was comfortable. Cleaning staff were professional. Overall I had a good stay.

My shower overflowed to the toilet drain as the shower drain didn't work very well.

The staff were excellent. Very helpful, very kind and happy to help with whatever. Bed was super comfortable. Room wasn't big but perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was sufficient, restaurant and meals were good value. Cocktails were very good.
