There was nothing not to like ! The pool area only had sun until 12 noon , which I thought might be an issue but we spent the morning at the pool and then headed off for the day

The pool is not large and it is in shade for a good part of the day ....mornings are best time to grab a swim. You have the beach 5 min walk with days beds for $5 each.

Location is very central to Sanur, close to beach and you can walk everywhere. If you'd like to go a little further you can go by bicycles, the hotel has them or you can hire along the beach front. #1 Staff are very very good! The rooms are quite large, bed is so comfortable, and the daily little extras at bedturn down are so nice ie: sweets, positive quotes and the next days weather forcast all left out for you on downturn. The Cork Wine Bar and Bistro is fabulous, great cocktails and mocktails, fab music and a very nice menu. Clean and spacious open air space with fans to keep you cool.

Great family room (actually of the rare hotels in Bali to offer a family room), clean, close to the beach. Also great we could make use of the bikes.

It’s a great spot right on the main drag. The hotel is still pretty new and very tastefully decorated. The room size was exceptional being about 36 m². And for about 2.6 million IDR it was excellent valued for compared to rip off places like the Maya, Bali Beach Hotel etc.

We recently stayed at the Maison on a girls trip. We had 2 Camilla Suites. The rooms are generous in size and lovely and clean. Hotel is positioned perfectly to shopping and the beach and has a lovely boutique style feel about it! We loved hiring the bikes!

Maison Aurelia is a lovely hotel property on the main street in Sanur, about a block from the beach. The rooms are large and soundproofed with balconies overlooking the town. The hotel provides glass bottles and there is a filtered water dispenser on every floor to reduce plastic waste. There is an attached restaurant and spa. The masseuses were very experienced, unlike in some spas in town. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices and good coffee. The salads served at other meals were superb although we mostly ate out at the excellent Three Monkeys down the road. There is a workout room with yoga mats, always appreciated. Finally, Sanur is a charming small town on the sea with a nice beach boardwalk, a destination in itself, about 1 hour from Ubud but much calmer with less traffic. Top marks!

Food had very limited options and I didn’t like it.

A bit noisy from the hotel next door

Air from AC unit was very dry and caused us to feel dehydrated in the morning.

This is a high class property on the Main Street so close to restaurants and bars. The beach is a five minute walk. Most comfortable bed on our 3 week holiday in Bali.

The lift was very warm. The gym is very small (1 treadmill and 1 bike) but good to have.

Beautiful facilities, in walking distance to the beach, shops and spas. Enjoyed a wonderful massage and swim in the picturesque pool. Great food in the restaurant and lovely breakfast.

I found nothing to dislike but I’m sure that if there was something you didn’t like you would only have to speak to the beautiful staff & they would do their very best to sort it for you.

This is a small boutique property in the main shopping street of Sanur. My room was large & had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the fact that the small pool is shady as it provides shelter away from the sun. As other people have noted, you can access the beach via one of the public pathways across the road. The staff here are so kind & welcoming. They never failed to greet me, smile & ask about my day.

We didn't like that the pool area was hardly in the sun. Only 2 chairs had morning sun :(. The tour to the island for snorkeling was terrible (the lady who organised it lovely not her fault).

The bed was amazing, so comfortable, great range of pillows. The toiletries were lovely and good to have 2 air conditioners that we could control.
