The staff couldn't be more helpful. They are warm and welcoming. The gardens are beautiful. The location isn't close to downtown Sanur, but that also means its peaceful. You can take a taxi to that location if you wish.

I ventured out but not much really around by foot other than basic local needs.

Old Bali style villa tucked away behind a gate. Gardens are beautiful and the pool so relaxing. Staff are all lovely and helpful. Restaurant has a nice basic menu if you’re staying for an only a few days. So you don’t have to leave the compound. Rooms very clean. Bed awesome.

It was quite basic, I’d more describe it as a nice guesthouse. We had a room (rather than a villa) and I wasn’t a big fan of the wetroom/bathroom. It was open to the air (with a mosquito net) which just made it very hot. The shower was super close to the loo so everything was just very wet! A few small details (like

The place was a bit run down and it’s like proper house, so you can hear others from the room next door. But otherwise the rooms were clean and fully stuffed, had everything you needed.

I had booked a room with "private patio" but is actually shared with the room next door. The room itself was great but the bathroom needs some love - water did not drain completely after showers, area around sink rusting.

The hotel's ambiance is luxurious, warm and inviting leaving one feel more like a personal friend staying over rather than a paying guest. The charming decor throughout adds to the overall experience, along with Dewie and Patrick being the consummate hosts. The quality of food and drinks is exceptional, with every dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. It's the small touches that add to the impeccable service - delicious peanuts served with a Bingang or lovely Balinese cake served with an afternoon tea, for example. The garden is next level fabulous and I enjoyed sitting in various spots admiring it, even in downpours. The staff here are absolutely fantastic and foresee what you may need prior to asking. Although this hotel is not within walking distance to too much, a driver is on staff and available to take you where you want to go. In the alternative, there are plenty of Grab taxis in the area.

Beautiful place and facilities. Lots of places to lounge and relax, yoga room and gym plus game room with pool table. Good menu at the restaurant as well which has vegetarian options
