Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

OmanWe were very well looked after after a few setbacks. Mita is amazing and always looks after the guests. The executive chef Fateh Rechman is exceptional. His food was amazing in the restaurant. Last but not least , Vinna was amazing and ensured our stay was more than pleasant. Great staff and hotel, great location.

Netherlandsthe train noise sometimes makes very noisy but its okay if you in the room the sounds not so bad - also if you plan to explore the down town like me - the location just great so many food resturants or you also can eat at the hotels- i cant find something that i dont like - only small things train sounds - maybe because i was too sensitive only :) :)

PortugalCommunication- I received the welcoming message indicating the WhatsApp number for contact and that number was not even registered on WhatsApp. I asked about the airport shuttle service and I received the response when I landed at Jakarta mentioning that should book the shuttle 6hrs in advance. Checkin- As mentioned check-in time was at 14h, I arrived around 15h and still had to wait 30 minutes for the room getting ready. Noisy - As I arrived directly from airport, after a long flight wanted to rest, there was some conference or meeting going on, in the hotel or outside, don't know, but it was noisy. I asked at the reception to come check but nobody was interested coming check that up. Cleanliness- Not really upto the standards but it was fine. Value for money- Absolutely not. Shower- Tap was not working fine. Shower handle below standard. Superior Queen Room- Nothing superior about it.
The only thing that was really good was its location. Overall the experience was average. The worst experience at any Mercure.
