Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JapanOverall were nice but terrible things happened when I checked out. I had an early flight back to Japan at 7 am and called front desk at 3:30 am to ask help to carry my suitcases to the lobby. (1) Despite calling 5-6 times, no one answered. Luckily the taxi driver called and I asked him to ask the satpam to contact front desk but surprisingly, they don’t even know where the front desk were and how to contact them. I’m a hotelier and been to night shifts so I know well how it works. (2) Last but not least, the front desk finally answered the call and didn’t apologize at all not even when I checked out. So sad but the ending for my long stay (14 days) was bitter!
Arrived early at the hotel and received a compensation to get an early check in. Love so much : 1. the restaurant’s buffet menus! 2.my room because I extended 4 times (total 14 days) and got the same room so I didn’t have to move. 3. Location is strategic!

SingaporeThe cleanliness in the room is not that great. Dusts are found over the hair dryer, iron, iron board. I guess these are the items that not every guests will use and hence it was not well taken care of. Facilities like the Gym or pool could be better.
The breakfast is nice and room is spacious. Staffs are really friendly.

The hotel is near MRT station. It's very convenient to travel to city centre. There are quite a number of supermarket, convenient stores and eateries around the hotel. Very convenient.

AustraliaDrawers for clothing, there seemed to be a cupboard missing. Having to stack everything on the wardrobe floor for 2 weeks was not good. The shower splashed all over the floor. The curtain that could be pulled down in the shower was covered with mound.
On the whole the breakfast was good. A variety of hot and cold items. The toaster took 2 or 3 goes to toast and the coffee machine hissed and spat at me. Staff noticed my problem and offered when they greeted me in the morning to make me coffee.
