Big room, friendly staff

Very loud noises (music, karaoke, mosque) which start at 10am until 2am (night, yes AM). In the night you also hear the mosque. It’s on top of a hill so you can hear everything very loud and clear.

Our stay was exactly as described by other reviews. The staff was incredibly kind. Check in was flawless. Bryan picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at our destination in Labuan Bajo the next day. He provided his WhatsApp so he could drive us as he was available. Very kind.

Our hotel was on top of the hill, which would have been a major inconvenience if we wanted to walk places, etc. you have to call a car to and from the hotel, it’s too hard to walk the hill on top of the hotel. Additionally, the whole room smells of sewage from the bathroom and the smell does not go away. The furniture is very dated. I would not stay here again.

We stayed in the hotel up the hill. Not easy access. Hotel was not very well maintained, not clean at all, sheets looked bad, stains all over, room smelled kinda old, moldy, the bathroom smelled particularly bad, like sewage.

We were in a room in which we actually needed a car to get to the reception. The staff was very kind to escort us everytime but they had only 1 car so sometimes they weren’t available. That was kind of ridicolous. Also a little overpriced for being so cheap in its structures and services.

The staff is the only thing positive in this hotel.

The hotel is very old, bathrooms was broken, bedsheets very very old and not so clean. The price doesn’t value.

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Check-in was easy.

The bathroom was very smelly, which also influenced the smell in the main room (and you don’t want to open windows due to mosquitos etc.). The sheets were dirty. There was a constant noise of water or air condition behind the wall that was pretty loud. And the „breakfast menu“ was very funny (we came, saw and left right away). You don’t want to stay in room 108.

View is nice. Location is a bit inconvenient. Consider the price the living condition would be fine, as it is a big room with much space and good view.

At least they should fix the shower... only cool water with very bad flow.

There are 2 Green Prundi Hotels. This one is the newer one on the hill. It's great! Location, facilities and view! - The view is on the runway! Free airport shuttle and nice breakfast.

The internet was unreliable. I stayed at the location on the hill. Better WiFi was in the lobby down the hill.

Liked the hotel. Nice views. Extremely nice staff. Breakfast was good. Staff willing to help however. The only thing is the hill. It’s a beast. Good workout though if you like that. Would be worth renting a scooter if you’re not in shape for a hill like that.

The staff was extremely nice and always helpful.

Our room was in another location on top of a steep hill. Every time we had to wait for someone from the hotel to drive us back to the room. The room was big but with old furniture and not very clean. The bathroom was quite old and during our stay we never managed to get hot water. Breakfast options were very limited.

We were placed in the ‘new hotel’ on top off the hill, it’s a bit tricky to get to and from but communication with their (included for up/down the hill) driver was easy! The room was huge for the price, clean and comfortable. The staff was lovely!
