The cleanliness of the room could have been better.

The staff were all amazing, especially the lovely gentleman on the front desk who helped me connect my mobile and tablet to the internet and also helped me twice with my Grab app to ensure I got to the right destination, unfortunately I didn't get his name but he knows who he is, he was wearing a short sleeve dark shirt with a large yellow pattern. Breakfast was great and varied, again staff were amazing and I actually ate in the restaurant every evening. The food was lovely and very reasonable. The location was fabulous, walking distance to most of the attractions. I had a problem with my sink plug in my bedroom, and again, the same gentleman on duty at reception sorted it straight away.

The hotel was right next door to a mosque. Breakfast was served from 8 am to 10 am. I got there about 9.30, and there was only toast left:-(

Nice staff. 1o mins walk to mall and shops. Got a grab to see the sights as public transportation was difficult. Room had tv and Netflix.

For the price, everything was good. The only thing were perhaps the towels. They were not super great quality and it felt like they were not drying you very well.

Good location, well connected with various shopping centers, cafes, etc. The hotel is a good price for its quality. It’s simple, but overall it has everything one need for a short stay.

For my room,not so cozy as there is no air ventilation.Need to do the deep cleaning for the bathroom.A bit mouldy on the wall,sink and toilet bowl. For the cup and plate need to change.As the cup is oily when i put the hot water to make coffee. The plates also nit clean..For the cereal box also need to change,as there were ants inside the box.For breakfast only 1 heavy meal,bread and cereal.Also coffee and tea

No plug point near the bed. Only plugpoints were for tye TV and one in bathroom. It was hard to charge the phone. Location is in a local area. L Rooms are not sound proof. You can hear people use stair case and shouting which was bit disturbing. Better if they keep cotton towels. It was very hard to dry using their towels.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Lift facility is there.In house rooftop cofee shop is there. Breakfast was also not bad even though very simple. Staff is very friendly. Value for money and great for a short stay.

the delivery of food was very slow, I saw someone received the instant noodles cooked after 2 hours. And breakfast have very limited option, We skiped the breakfast after seeing the items and bought some breakfast from outside.

Some rooms don't have windows which is not very clear from the description. It's not a critical issue for a few days, but if you plan on staying for longer, better double check which room you're getting.

Great location in the city center, close to a lot of major landmarks and places. The room itself was decent for the price, nothing too fancy, good for short-term stay. Breakfast is great, and the cafe on the first floor is also very convenient. The staff are very responsive and helpful.
