There are only one Toilete and shower on the floor. The bedsheets seemed not fresh. The Dormroom is really big, there are around 30 beds. The People come and go at different times and they are very loud so i woke up every hour.

If you only want to stay for a night its perfect. The Location is top, i choosed it because its near to the Train Station. For breakfast you get coffee or tea + toast with butter. If you like to have cheese and ham inside you have to buy it at the market.

Only one toilet and shower on each floor, which are shared by up to 30 people. Otherwise it was okay. For breakfast there was only 2 slices of bread for me to eat. (unlucky I guess). Place does its job, an affordable place to stay while transiting through Surabaya, especially since I was leaving by train, and the train station was a 10min walk away.

1 bathroom for 30 people which makes it embarrassing also it's very short at least they need to provide 2 separate bathrooms. Secondly lights don't have protective layers so eyes are hurting because of heavy light. They provide a storage locker but no keys.

The lockers were faulty, none were working. There were some mosquitoes in the sleeping area, my sleeping pod was on the 2nd level. The toilets got dirtier as the evening wore on (1 floor sharing 1 toilet); would recommend using it as early as possible to freshen up.

24-hour front desk, which allowed me to check out early (near midnight) for the Mt Bromo sunrise tour. Convenient location; ~30 minutes taxi ride from the airport.

No locker (only closets), no towel, no slippers, no spa (contrary to what is described on booking). Deposit of 100000 IDR. Curtain broken. One only bathroom for the whole floor.

Very cheap and central in Surabaya nice for a short stay. The room are as detailed by many other person. Large dorms of 30 people with 1 shared bathroom and toilet per floor. This said there is a lot of privacy in the bed. For the price it’s a good value.

It's still the same as the last time I stayed here. Most floors are accessible by stairs only. The bed sheet and pillowcase are dirty and stained. I figured this might happen, so I didn't bother to open the bed cover provided. The bottom locker is broken and the staff recommended me to store my electronics in the receptionist. The shower and toilet need a thorough cleaning. Thankfully, I only stayed for one night.

It is very convenient and close to Surabaya Gubeng station. The place provides basic amenities as listed. The staff are polite and friendly. I didn't try the breakfast as I'm leaving early in the morning.

In one room there are around 36 beds. In my case was horrible I couldn’t sleep at all. Through all night were people getting in and out from the room making a lot of noise. Some girls even started talking very loud around 6am. Not respect at all from the guest. If you want to rest this is not your place. The only shower that was in the floor didn’t work out.

The toilets were quite dirty. Unfortunately, there was neither a safe nor a locker available. They told us via WhatsApp before our arrival, so we knew what we would be up to, still, a hostel should always have lockers I think. So beside the dirty restrooms that's definitely a downside.

It is what it is, a simple hostel close to the railway station. For a hostel it is fine. We stayed for a few hours to get some rest before starting to Mount Bromo.

The toilet on the same floor is quite messy.

The location is just 5-6 mins walk from the train station Gubeng, however the bed was very comfortable (with 2 people double bed) but the toilet for the floor is quite dirty. If you need to use the 5floor is much convenient.

Bathrooms and facilities were quite bad, very noisy with 30 beds in each dorm room. Lockers were not working when there so no security for things.

Very cheap hostel. Was very full and tons of beds. 24 hour reception was nice and accommodating staff. Curtains and beds were decent.
