New ZealandAir con and fridge were a bit noisy at night. Bed was a bit hard for my liking but it was huge. Room is a bit dark not a lot of natural light but it was spacious and had everything I needed.
Great location and quiet considering it's location to the main road. Professional staff and service. Lovely pool and well kept grounds. Good breakfast, although it could be improved with a real coffee not just instant. Fresh juice would be better too. They let me check in a little early which was a great help as I had to check out of my other hotel at 12pm. Nice to have cats in residence.

AustraliaIt was difficult finding the hot water when showering - I ended up having cold showers most of the time which wasn't too bad because the weather was so warm. Under the bed wasn't very clean but everything else was ok.
The host, Gus Darma, was wonderful - really helpful and kind. Breakfasts were good and it was in a good location being just off the main street, close to shopping and lovely cafes.
