Not negative, but they are renovating (August 2025) some of the rooms which might cause some noise. Hoever, that is temporarily, and it makes the hotel even better!

Excellent place to stay. Clean. Silent. Beautiful, lots of green, colorful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Two swimming pools. Nice breakfast spot, you can choose your breakfast the evening before which they prepare for you. Great location close to Jl. Prawirotaman with lots of great shops, restaurants and bars.

Everything! We stayed in the villa and it was amazing, a little peace of tranquility away from the hustle of Yogy. Private pool, great seating area, small kitchen and good sleeping areas. We loved it.

Very central, close to lots of places to eat and easy access to the sights (bearing in mind traffic on Jogy means no one gets anywhere quickly) But best bit was the staff, really helpful in organising trips and sorting a taxi to the train station for us. The place is lovely as well!

EVERYTHING! The place is gorgeous! The bed was very comfortable and the pool was a great reprieve from the heat or just a lovely place to unwind. The staff was incredibly helpful, attentive and their English was impeccable which isn’t always the case. I absolutely loved this stay. Oh, breakfast was great too! Oh, and I HIGHLY recommend the bicycle tour which they can arrange for you. The bathroom for our room was outside, but it was connected to the hallway for the other rooms, and the wall did not come all the way up to the ceiling which was unusual for privacy reasons.

Nice property in a good location. The staff were so nice, they booked our tour/driver to Borobudur temple for us. The day we went to the airport to take our flight they even made us a packed breakfast to eat in the car. Thank you!

The way staff treated you was exceptionally friendly and warm. The garden room was authentic, clean, so quiet and lovely big shower . A really safe place to stay . Staff made me take away breakfast on two early start days . How kind !

The friendliness of the staff is outstanding! Always approachable and helpful. The location is perfect, quiet but close enough to lots of delicious food options. As we couldn't enjoy breakfast (our train left very early), we were given a lovely food parcel for the journey. And even my earrings forgotten at the hotel are now finding their way back to Germany.
