We had to remind the staff a few times before they brought the iron and ironing board. And it wasn't a very decent board.

It is beautiful and so peaceful. Gorgeous place to relax and unwind. It was my second time here and we will definitely be coming back. Breakfast is also excellent and the staff very polite and attentive.

It was just wonderful. Beautiful location, very special room (Canopy Suite), amazing service & food. We also loved the daily Programme, cinema and breakfast choices.

Transfer from airport took 3 hours but there is nothing much yiu can do. Traffic in Bali is an issue.

Food served for breakfast and other meals is second to none. Amazing. Property is superb., peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for. All staffs are outstanding.

The breakfast portions are on the small side. You may have to order more than one plate to feel properly full.

The staff is excellent. The hotel manager Alejandro and his team make sure you feel taken care of in all aspects. Everyone is very gracious and helpful. The river pavillion is nice and large and very well thought out. The landscaping is wonderful.

Just a gorgeous hotel with superb service, outstanding dinner and extremely clean facilities. Everybody calls you by your name, so it feels very personal. Yoga and bike tours were great. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

Everything was perfect! The perfect location, away from canggu’ s confusion, the contact with nature, the surroundings with rice fields and small coffee shops with a lot of style, the slow living, the staff, the breakfast. It was amazing experience! The beach is really beautiful and a 40 min by scooter also has two of the best beaches in Bali, not crowded, unexplored. In 20min by scooter you have the best places to dinner, the hotel recommendations were amazing! Thank you Nirjhara

My friends and I got upgraded to the best room with our own private pool. The hotel atmosphere was very relaxing, and all the guests were respectful and chill. The breakfast choices were amazing, and we regret that we couldn't stay for 1-2 more days. We ended our Bali trip with wonderful memories

We loved everything the room, the facilities, the location the staff and the food - and all the little things that were provided to make our stay wonderful. Drinks by the Pool and dinner in the restaurant was so amazing. We felt so relaxed when we left.

Absolutely stunning grounds. Felt instantly at ease when walking in. Immediately felt relaxed when we walked in. Service was superior - and they were so beyond attentive to every single request. Was here for the night before my wedding. Couldn’t be more relaxed. I will be returning!!!!

It’s one of 8 places we stayed during our trip to Bali and the greatest surprise. It was meant to be one night stay in between two other sea view acommodations but despite not being located on the seaside it offered something even better beautiful, serene, jungle, waterfall, nature surroundings. If I had to say something that wasn't always great then I would have to mention the food. On the whole it was delicious, beautifully presented but sadly it lacked continuity, I guess different chefs.

The hotel was great from start to finish. The staff were attentive and helpful. The setting was remote, we had gone there with the idea of relaxing and as we had a villa with our own pool it fit the bill totally. We went on a couple of the hotels excursions which as expected were great, the hotel provided drinks, cool towels and snacks/picnic. All in all a fantastic stay, thank you.

An amazing place, surrounded by rice terraces and the beautiful waterfall inside the area. Very helpful and kind staff, you can fell yourself like at home. A modern architecture and Balinese environment creates an unforgettable view. A huge choice of meal in the restaurant. Many options for gluten or dairy free, I loved it so much! Spa retreats are must have. From a beautiful environment till the professional therapists you can enjoy your experience. Also the place is close to ocean, easy to access by foot or bicycle. The area arround are less crowded, it is one if criteria, why I choose similar places.
