Charming little place. Very peaceful. Probably helps it’s a little far from the hustle and bustle. Staff are extremely helpful and nice.

Unfortunately, I had no hot water for the shower at all and the room smelt of really bad damp the entire time. It needs to be treated and remedied for mold as it’s quite severe. It’s a bit run down and the management seriously needs to start reinvesting into fixing these issues asap. If they do so, it will be absolutely gorgeous.

This facility looks like a villa-converted hotel located in an isolated place. The receptionist, taking care of everything, Shanti, is such a great woman. She is so caring in a cool way. She even took me to a nearby beach on her motorcyle, Her 6 year old daughter was sitting in front of her. I was sitting in the back. This beautiful memory will remain forever.

The location turned out to be far from the Jimbaran Beach where I had to go everyday for a conference. The booking system was not correct, as this location popped out when I was looking for a Jimbaran hotel. It is very far from Jimbaran. There was a problem in Wifi connection on a day. According to Shanti, it was because of the whole area there. I was panicing that time.

It was further from the beach than I anticipated I was not well, so checked out early to be closer to friends I was meeting.

It’s so peaceful in a nice area close to Balangan Beach. People were so nice so open, such a nice atmosphere. We were surprised as we got a room with a kitchen, such a nice surprise. Everything was super clean. Air conditioning working just like it suppose to. I highly recommend this place.

During wet season some of the bathrooms are prone to mold. Perhaps better ventilation needed?

The staff at Hill Dance Bali American Hotel are so lovely and helpful and its in a lovely quiet and peaceful location.

A bit old. Needs some intervention

Such a nice hotel! We had a room with a whole kitchen/ balcony area. Very comfy bed, good air con. About a 10 minute grab away from the main town area/ beaches but was nice to be away from the noise. A few nice restaurants/ supermarket nearby too. Staff were lovely and good breakfast which was included in the price.

WiFi was a bit hit and Miss but expected in an area like this.

It was not at all like on the pictures, mold everywhere, cockroachs in the room, super dirty (even after i asked to change the towels and bedsheet) and the worst smell of mold ever. I never had such a bad experience booking through booking.com. I felt so unsafe i left after one night. Still waiting for a refund. Just stay safe and don't go there guys.

The staff is great! Very kind and open to receive any question or request. In addition, we ate very delicious breakfast offered by the hotel with a range of options. Overall, a very good service!

One of the bathrooms that we had available wasn't very cleaned and with used stuff. However, when we shared this with the host she tried her best to improve the situation.

They had a great scooter rental. The balcony area is very nice because there is a lot of space. Breakfast is great aswell.

Sandie and her family made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble.. We were made to feel like family. Room was very comfortable and serene .

BRILLIANT STAY ! All as advertised and was perfect. Free breakfast, lovely pool, rooms large and comfortable. Great WiFi, small kitchen and spacious bathroom. Only a short walk to restaurants and a convenient supermarket!
