Great location, located on a quiet street with indomaret close by. Bed was comfortable and host was friendly and helpful.

Room is very small which was expected, main issue was lack of ventilation which meant the room felt musty at times.

Host exceptionally helpful and a lovely man, with accommodation very clean and wifi working well.

There was nothing not to like.

I had all that I needed, there was hot water in shower, it’s not far from station and Malioboro, follow hosts guidance to find it, as it’s on a back street. I visited temples on a scooter that I rented close to train station.

Decent stay, pretty small room, with your own (small) bathroom, water refill in the hallway with some complementary coffee and tea, very friendly owner who tries to help if possible, just the English knowledge lacks a bit. Location 15-20min walk from train station, 10min to Malioboro street.

The room we had had a window which is looking on the small narrow street where people drive motorbikes to get to their home. The sound of the motorbikes can be annoying in the evening when you lay in bed. Overall still a good stay.

Good location. The train station and Malioboro street were both within walking distance. The property was located in a back alley with a nice local atmosphere. The room was clean, and with standard facilities including AC and a private bathroom. Good value for money in the center of Yogyakarta.

A little more hot water from the shower would have been great.

The room was very clean, tidy and big. The owner is very friendly and available to help you on what you need during your stay. The location was great very close to the center. You can walk everywhere from the hotel.

The toilet was smelly and the shower in the middle so everything was always wet.

Wonderful place and wonderful host! The man who runs the hotel is absolutely lovely. Super clean! Good location. Very big and comfortable bed. It is much better then on pictures in Booking.com!

No sink which was pretty uncomfortable

Fantastic location for exploring Yogyakarta, very helpful and friendly host, clean room with a private bathroom was worth the price, quiet neighbourhood, a choice of food places and marts very close, Malioboro in walking distance.

The room wasa bit compact for two people. No mirror in the bathroom.
