Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. GreeceWe were disappointed finding a cockroach in our room, as this does not align with a 4star hotel. Moreover there were no towels for the face or the hair, only the body ones.
The location was very closed to the main attractions in the city centre. The staff was great and very helpful. The room was spacious and the bathroom was renovated.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was exceptionally clean, and my room was spotless, which made for a very comfortable and pleasant experience. What i loved about Orchardz Jayakarta was the warm welcome upon arrival and the flexibility to check in late after midnight. The room was beautifully decorated, tidy, and set up with special touches to celebrate our honeymoon and marriage. It truly made our start unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided a generous buffet breakfast and offered a well-curated menu for both lunch and dinner, ensuring a delightful dining experience throughout the day.
