We stayed at Origin Lombok and absolutely loved the experience. The resort has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for families as well as couples. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice view and easy access to the pool. The design feels modern yet tropical, blending in beautifully with the natural surroundings. The staff were all very warm, friendly, and attentive plus always ready to help with a smile. We brought along our baby and young child, and the team went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The resort is very family-friendly while still keeping a relaxing, boutique feel. Overall, Origin Lombok gave us a perfect mix of comfort, great service, and authentic Lombok experiences. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuta Lombok!

The layout of the hotel was beautiful, with a large pool in the center surrounded by the villas. We had the Robinson Crusoe style home and loved it. Breakfast was outstanding and so was dinner. Whoever that young person was who made our cocktails - they were excellent!

- The road leading to hotel is very bumpy. - Hotel is away from town but the main road is near Circuit so there are people racing on the road. - Hotel bathroom was not well designed. The water will leak into the bathroom after shower.

Hotel is value for money. Room is clean and staff are very helpful. Breakfast spread has a good mix of international and local options.

Everything was very good, nothing to say. One note about the breakfast which could be improved a little bit in terms of the offer.

The room was amazing, very clean and with all the amenities that you may need during your stay. Staff was exceptional, everyone was so nice and friendly yet very professional. We particularly loved the spa and the view from our room.

In the room/suite there was some problem with the flush. In the Villa there’s a lack of light: I suggest to put more light in the bathroom, it is really difficult to see and also in the bedroom. The wardrobe lacks of shelves or stuff to store dresses for a longer stay. Finally the bathroom is very peculiar (nice), it would be great to have something to dry the floor after the shower. In the morning the prayers coming from the mesquite are really really loud.

The location close to Kuta, Origin Lombok is located in a very peaceful spot. People working there are really enjoyable. The food is also good. We appreciate the management of the place. We stayed both in a suite and a villa. They both are two very good options.

- reception staff, except for one guy who did his best. There are too many trainees. - breakfast is not the best, fruit taste like onions and the offer is not great. They charge you for coffees - rooms are ok but need bit of maintenance, the whole style is nice but the execution is not the best.

The setting is nice, all ingredients to be a superb hotel are there, location and pool are good! Food by the pool is nice!!

Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Ms Ani, who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The swimming pool was nice, and we had a pleasant massage as well.

This is all nitpicking really, but hopefully useful feedback for the management! Parts of the breakfast were amazing (the a la carte parts were brilliant), but others could be improved. Milk was left to get very warm on the side table, so effectively useless for anyone wanting cereal. Perhaps the milk jug could be kept in a bowl of ice? More fans near the food area would keep the flies at bay. The curries were ate one night weren't good at all. Keep the good tunes playing all day by the pool! For some reason they would come on, then stop for a couple of hours, then come back on again. Not sure why?!

We loved our time at Origin. The property is really stunning. They have gone to some serious effort on the aesthetic - gorgeous! Our room was huge and very comfortable. The pool area is so inviting! We enjoyed a lot of lazy days here :) The staff were absolutely incredible. All so friendly, courteous and couldn't do enough for you. Really superb. Hats off to them all! Some food was awesome, some not so good (more on that below) I thought it was great value for money.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Origin Lombok, and it was truly unforgettable. This hotel is absolutely stunning, from the natural beauty of the surroundings to the peaceful and stylish design, everything was perfect. We stayed in Villa Robinson, which is a true gem. Surrounded by nature, it offers calm, privacy, and beauty all in one. The villa was spotless, well-designed, and gave us a deep sense of relaxation from the very beginning. It's a place where you can fully disconnect and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the warm welcome and exceptional care we received from Mr. Osman. He is such a kind, responsible, and attentive man, nothing was ever too much for him. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home. He was always present, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about our comfort and well-being. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and sincere. The rest of the team at Origin Lombok were also incredibly friendly, respectful, and welcoming. You can feel the heart and soul in this place, it's more than just a hotel, it's a place where people truly care. We give this stay a solid 10/10. We will definitely come back, and we recommend Origin Lombok to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and heartwarming experience. Thank you for everything!

Great facilities - we had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The 30 minute free massage included in our booking was amazing and so generous. I had an online interview whilst I was staying here and they were very accommodating in putting a table and chair in our room for me. And the wifi was very reliable. Breakfast was good for the area. Pool was clean and towels provided. Would recommend !

We had a wonderful stay at Origin Hotel in Kuta Lombok! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with the most stunning pool that felt like a little oasis. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful, which made our experience even better. The location is perfect — close to the center of Kuta, with lots of nice shops and restaurants just around the corner. We also really appreciated the option to rent scooters directly through the hotel, super convenient for exploring the area. My boyfriend and I booked massages at the on-site spa, which offers a wide range of treatments, and we were both very impressed with the quality — truly relaxing and professional. The restaurant was also a highlight: delicious food, including a great breakfast to start the day. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel! The nicest and friendliest staff, good food, quiet pool area and clean rooms. About 10 minutes by scooter to the center of Kuta. Scooter rental was easy through the hotel reception. Also recommend getting a massage at the hotel, it was the best I've had in Indonesia! We liked the hotel so much that we extended our reservation.

A wonderful resort! The rooms had direct access to the pool, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was very personal – you never felt like just a number. The massages, breakfasts, and dinners were all excellent. We traveled with two small children (ages 2 and 6), and the staff went out of their way to make them feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and spotless. We would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful hotel... Modern, stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Had a lovely massage and facial in the spa. My favourite thing about it was the staff... Really helpful with a great sense of humour... Made me laugh constantly with their gentle teasing of my husband. ☺️
