    very bad experience with SUPER OYO 866 Idola Residence Subject: Rejection of Wallet Credit Refund and Request for Full Refund Dear bppking.com and OYO Customer Support, I would like to address the wallet credit refund offer of 96,124.2 INR (Indian rupees), which is equivalent to 18,401,669.94 IDR (Indonesian rupees). Initially, I was surprised by the offer, but then I realized that OYO's management is based in India. I had assumed that the compensation was being offered to address the uncomfortable situation I encountered at the property. However, it seems there may have been a clerical error, where IDR was mistakenly converted to INR. Regardless, I am rejecting your offer of 96,124.2 INR (18,401,669.94 IDR) or 5.90 USD. I do not require this amount as compensation. Please keep this amount. Instead, I request that you refund the full amount I originally paid, which is 640,827 IDR, directly to my credit card. If my request is not honored, I will be left with no choice but to share my experience online. I plan to create a viral video detailing my experience at SUPER OYO 866 Idola Residence and post it on various social media platforms. This is my right as a consumer. Let me clarify why I am dissatisfied: The condition of the property: The rooms at SUPER OYO 866 Idola Residence were not comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. It seemed as though the property was being used by unregistered guests or individuals with no respect for proper hygiene. Prepayment and check-in issue: Despite paying in advance via credit card, we found that the rooms did not meet even basic expectations upon arrival. This caused us to cancel our booking and decide not to check in. If we did not check in, I fail to understand why I should not be refunded in full. Misleading practices: I am deeply disappointed by the management's approach to customer service.
