A few things to point out. 1) The kitchen is very dark and only for show the fridge works but there are no items atall in any cupboard or draw no mugs, cutlery or cooking items of any description. The ensuite is just a sink and toilet with the shower being all the way downstairs in quite an unusual design. The door to the ensuite does not close fully. The bed room is the best part although the backlight on the bed was slightly damaged. On arrival I got a free drink voucher and a shoulder massage voucher. The massage lady gave a very lazy 2 min shoulder / neck massage and tried to convince me to have a full body before we even started. Suggestion why not give a really good 15 minutes Shoulder and neck massage that impresses and then politely ask it they want a full later in the customers holiday. Also unfortunately there was construction at the hotel the whole two weeks of my stay.

Overall I liked this place. Most the staff were friendly although abit pricey for what it is.

The staff were nice but allowed smoking in the restaurant, even after we complained! Their rules were signed up for restricted smoking to ‘outdoors’!

No covering when walking to the restaurant, but only a very short walk and unlucky to be there in heavy rain

While the hotel stay was generally satisfactory, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The furniture in the rooms, though still functional, showed signs of wear and tear, indicating it may be time for an update. This dated appearance slightly detracted from the overall comfort and aesthetics of the accommodation. More concerning was the cleanliness of the room, particularly in the bathroom area. The restroom and shower facilities would have benefited from a thorough, deep cleaning. This oversight in maintenance standards was noticeable and impacted the overall hygiene and comfort of the stay. Despite these issues, it's worth noting that the furniture remained usable, and the room was still habitable. However, addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the guest experience and bring the hotel up to a higher standard of quality and cleanliness.

Our stay at the hotel was delightful, with several standout features that made our experience memorable. The spacious rooms were a true highlight, offering ample space to relax and unwind. We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided, which added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. The culinary offerings were another strong point. The food served at the hotel was of high quality, satisfying our palates and exceeding our expectations. Whether it was room service or dining at the hotel's restaurants, each meal was a pleasant experience. However, what truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. The team's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in their attentive service and friendly demeanor. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. In summary, the combination of spacious accommodations, excellent amenities, delicious cuisine, and outstanding service from the staff made our hotel experience truly enjoyable and memorable.

Location is abit out of the way. You will need to get a taxi to the main areas or rent a bike.

Pool area was clean and good to spend the day at. Gym was really nice. Rooms are massive and great value for money.

Just the location isn't quite close to walk to get to places, renting a bike is necessary to move around. The gym machines need maintenance.

the room was quite spacious, it was designed as a loft so we had plenty of space for ourselves. I also had a nice pool to enjoy after a long day in the city and a gym available since early in the morning. The food at the restaurant for the breakfast was varied and very tasty.

Pandawa hotel is a very inviting hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was a refreshing temperature. The room was HUGE - a large downstairs area with a lounge and kitchen area, and a bathroom, and the bedroom was on a mezzanine level with an ensuite

Room service staffs were always in a hurry. During the cleaning time, I requested one of the staff to clear the clogged sink but that staff was in a hurry and she informed me saying other staff is already in a room cleaning bathroom whereas there was no one in the room except us. Even we requested reception while going outside to clear the clogged sink which didn't happened at all.

Cooking would cost extra. Staff at reception felt a little stand offish not sure why. The bathroom smelt horrible and the shower head was mounted so high on the wall that the water either was over my head or directly in the face. The pressure was hard so if I tried to limit the pressure it became boiling hot.

It's quite far from everything if you're walking.

It has nice, spacious rooms that are clean and well-equipped. With a view of the rice fields and a small green river from the restaurant and swimming pool, it's a great, quiet place to rest and contemplate after a busy day.

So many charges if we drank the bottled water or if we used the oven & gas cooker? Seemed very strict and we’re not allowed to touch anything.

Staff were absolutely lovely, they helped with our luggage on our entrance and when we left the hotel. Enjoyed our goodnight sleep. A welcome cocktail was a nice touch, was also able to use it when we were leaving. Nice views in the hotel itself
