Good breakfast

Bedroom up stairs . No ensuite . Shower downstairs . Booking says Seminyak . But miles away. Building work going on at back

Everything is excellent

The room, pool, and overall facilities are amazing. The staff is amazing, and the location is perfect for people who would like to experience the Bali NightLife. Rooms are huge, amazing for family trips too.

1. The staff informed us that the room service for restaurant, asking for kitchen set is 24x7, but when we requested kitchen set, we were told it was between 9.00 and 18.00 during the day. Might help if the schedule is also provided in the guest guide,Menu. and next to the phone. 2. The couch had a little bed bug, overall, skin isn't sensitive, but it did end up getting red spots

I took the Excecutive Suite Room thinking it would be great - Photo and actual room was different , I got a Loft , room was upstairs and at at Night rooms looks scary as Bulbs was not bright at all , Requested to change Bulb but they did not do , 2 AC SPLIT was too Less for the size of the Huge Loft Room , was difficult to sleep , ,, Requested for Ice Cube they wanted to Charge Rp 20.000,- CRAZY. After paying so high.

the room too dark and scary - good i took only for 2 nights , and checked out imdtly after staying 2 nights .

Overall I liked this place. Most the staff were friendly although abit pricey for what it is.

A few things to point out. 1) The kitchen is very dark and only for show the fridge works but there are no items atall in any cupboard or draw no mugs, cutlery or cooking items of any description. The ensuite is just a sink and toilet with the shower being all the way downstairs in quite an unusual design. The door to the ensuite does not close fully. The bed room is the best part although the backlight on the bed was slightly damaged. On arrival I got a free drink voucher and a shoulder massage voucher. The massage lady gave a very lazy 2 min shoulder / neck massage and tried to convince me to have a full body before we even started. Suggestion why not give a really good 15 minutes Shoulder and neck massage that impresses and then politely ask it they want a full later in the customers holiday. Also unfortunately there was construction at the hotel the whole two weeks of my stay.

The dark room , ac is only 1 that covering the whole duplex room and not that cooling .. toilet is not that clean No small towels and not even providing tissue boxes Only 2 pillows

The pool was clean and big. Nothing else.

The staff were nice but allowed smoking in the restaurant, even after we complained! Their rules were signed up for restricted smoking to ‘outdoors’!

Clean and comfortable accommodation in a quiet area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great choice of quality local and western food menu options.

The room was advertised as having a full kitchenette . There was a stovetop with no gas bottle, no cutlery, crockery or cookware. Upon arrival security verbally abused my husband stating we had ‘revved’ our scooter too loud while parking, twice approaching him to speak negatively, making the stay uncomfortable. Construction was happening and it was asked that the scooter remain unlocked so staff could move it around as needed to allow workmen to access area a large scratch on bike was present when leaving.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. Every requested was responded to immediately. Very good service

No covering when walking to the restaurant, but only a very short walk and unlucky to be there in heavy rain

Property is good and in very good location

Not much but need to fix there bathroom specially it smells very very bad and we change the room but still there one bathroom stings very bad.
