Only the poor showers. Everything very good.

Location good, felt safe in the area. Staff excellent. Place very clean, bright and airy. Nice to have small kinchette and hot water available. Beds are pod type, so mattresses I find are usually on the thin side, but ok. Lockers a good size. Lots of street food and shopping malls near by. The showers are rubbish - only cold water and pressure is almost nonexistent 😒

The clean towels were all used. So just a shower option was not available. My first time in a capsule too. Felt claustrophobic like in a coffin, So it was rather daunting turning the lights off and to sleep. Lol. So maybe have a dim light option for travellers with this phobia.

The location was great. It was a few steps away from the check in area of the airport. Initially just wanted a shower, but what with the price of the stay was really good. I decided to sleep/lie down for a few hours.

My pod was next to the air conditioner and I felt like I was in cryogenic suspension. I was cold and staff asked me to pay $5 for an extra blanket

Just one thing - the shower's water pressure was wayyyyy too low and there was no heater available. It wasn't a problem for night showers, but for morning showers it wasn't ideal.

everything was great! i love that it was easy to find and very near an MRT station, plus there's Alfamart nearby and so many street food vendors around. It was overall a really good introduction towards Jakarta for me.

The fact that everything works on an app was a problem, as my phone didn't support it and I had to contact staff members for everything from closing/opening my door to switching the lights on and off

Our double room functioned entirely with the use of an app. We tried to install the app on 3 different phones, but this did not work. This meant we needed a staff member with the app every time we wanted to open our room, turn on/off our lights and adjust our AC. This was very annoying and totally unnecessary.

Super clean rooms with friendly and helpfull staff. Small kitchen available with outside seating. Great location 5 mins walk from commuter train.

Toiletpapier wasn't always by hand. The showers in the women's dormitory were not warm.

The temperature inside the capsule is quite cold, but I solved it by asking the staff to raise up the temperature of the main AC and I cover some ventilation fans in my capsule with a paper and urgos :)))

The location is super convenient, it stays right in the central of Jakarta, near bus and mrt stations, malls, convenient store,… and near the station for the airport mrt line too. Nice staff and the location is quite and safe.

Bathrooms could be cleaner.

Friendly and helpful staff during the day and at night when I checked in at 2am. Comfortable mattress. Soap and towels were provided, also a hair dryer.Water dispenser available. Walking distance to Grand Indonesia Mall!

Phone charging was not available in the capsule, it was excessively noisy, and the space was very cold with no proper blanket provided.

the area around the hostel is quite a bit dark, I didn't feel safe walking alone at night even tho nothing happened

it's really near the stations and I have no trouble finding it. the staffs were helpful & friendly. the pod is small but comfy, suitable for people who just stay Jakarta for just 1 night like me
