The breakfast is really lacking variety of options, especially on the sweet side. When the hotel was completely full, the staff couldn’t manage the amount of people at breakfast, many things were missing every 5 minutes. The fact the shower doesn’t have a proper tent or glass makes the bathroom flood every time you take a shower.

Property was far enough away form the main area where the bars and nightlife is. Within walking distance if you wanted to go there. Great to be able to just cross the road to the beach. Loungers and table and chairs if you wanted to eat. Large pool which we found a little to warm. Breakfast was OK could have had a Little more variety. We ate one night in restaurant and food was really good. Satay and a burger. Able to hire electric scooters and push bikes just outside. Enjoyed our stay.

It is very close to all the shops and restaurants but not right in the middle which is very nice, because you can actually sleep at night.

It’s not quite finished. The spa wasn’t opened yet as no staff to run it but the room looks quite nice once it is up and running. The shower floods out around the toilet everytime it’s used and breakfast was a small buffet style.

The location is great about a 10 min walk to the wharf but far enough from the big crowds. Pool was big and the bar staff by the pool were great. Rooms are a decent size and more of a modern look.

A new hotel with a lot of teething problems, the staff were inexperienced, hard to communicate with. There didn’t seem to be a manager present or guest relations person. I hope they can get their act together as it does have potential, but not up to the standards of other hotels Gili T.

There is a construction site and they started really early until after 10pm at night. The noise was not bearable. Our room was unfortunately right next to the construction. Breakfast was basic.

On check in the staff were very rude. We arrived at 5pm and our room wasnt ready and we werent offered anything other than a seat. Given checkin should be from 2pm this was disappointing. Also, upon check in, the staff member was very dry and pointed about the fact we were 2 men checking in to a double room. Additionally, noting many things as "you will receive a fine" is not ideal first impression.

The hotel was very modern and the pool facilities and bar (and bar staff) were very kind. Great value for money.

Rooms were nice, bathrooms look like they need an update/reno however it wasn’t too bad. Breakfast was just average needed more options. Pool was due for a clean had some floating bits in it and the surface of the pool was dirty. Overall nice place just required a few touch ups would stay again.

In the breakfast there is never enough food, it all runs out and you have to wait for them to refill.

Location is great but it is a new hotel and is already run down, seems like they ran out of money before finishing it. The beach in front of the hotel is amazing in the mornings during high tide.

Rooms.werent ready when we arrived at 3pm. Check in was at 2pm Had to wait an extra hour. Pool was filthy dirty, finishes in rooms very average.ie, tv on angle, fittings on wall not finished. No of us has working rva in our rooms. Tiles in pool not cut on corners so had sharp edges. Shower very complicated.

Breakfast needed a bit of an improvement.. The staff clearly want to please though.

Location was great. Friendly, attentive, very helpful staff, especially Umma, who was superb. They trialled a buffet breakfast our last morning, which will appeal to more guests (just add some eggs). The staff kindly prepared our breakfast early one morning as we had a very early snorkel trip. The room was clean and pleasant.. Just need to address the water coming out of the shower around the toilet. Plenty of shower pressure. Once the trees grow around the property it will add some more depth to the accommodation. It was lovely to have the resort loungers and bean bags across the road at the beach, under trees.. Many other resorts have minimal shade at the beach. Staff happily bring cushions across for the loungers.

The welcome, by us getting the rules explained first (including penalties), was bumpy and not very welcoming. A family might not be treated as three party bros. The pool ... was very dirty and never cleaned over our three day stay. We all got a mild eye infection just by diving there.

The quality of the food was very disappointing. There are lots of other options to eat close by The beach has lots of coral on the sand so be sure to pack water shoes
