It was like having your own small “home” in the middle of a botanical garden. Very private and quiet. Meals were delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

When we check-in pretty late, staffs were uninformed of our late arrival and they asked us for our villa number (we just arrived so we did not have any information about it). Probably the reception should be more prepared for guests who arrived late. And please add more options for the breakfast :)

This is a perfect place to stay a few days The bungalow is really confortable, we had the chance to be upraded with a nice and proivate swimming pool. The restaurant serves excellent food ! we enjoyed and will probably come back some day.

Beautiful villa with beautiful pool, beautiful landscape and traditional balinese structures. Perfect location in that it was situated between Canggu and seminyak, without the noisiness! Staff also went above and beyond to make sure our stay was first class! Especially when celebrating my husbands birthday! Everyone was so polite and welcoming!!

Great as always! Cannot fault absolutely anything at this place. No request is ignored and the best service I’ve ever received. Amazing, friendly helpful and relaxed staff. Even throughout my stay I had a slight problem and staff were there to help no problems. Food is super tasty and recommend the private villa if you like peace and silence to take in the beautiful surroundings. Although it’s located in Canngu, it’s super out the way of the busy main roads and a perfect spot. Solo traveller. Recommend if you want to relax and take in the tranquility. The whole experience was absolutely amazing. The best and most friendly/helpful staff. Genuinely can say this was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Can’t wait to visit again. The villa was amazing and everything inside was perfect, smelt lovely and the room was always attended to. Room service and staff excel in their service. Firstly I have to say that staff were exceptional & our issues were rectified monetarily & with kindness. We are a repeat guest. Our last stay was beyond exceptional, however this visit was underwhelming. However, credit must be given because the staff worked super hard to fix the problems, but they could’ve been avoided in advance. The hotel as a general is getting run down (in comparison to our last visit which was pristine) for a 5 star & did come across as a little unkept. It was still a beautiful stay & the 2 bedroom Villa is very beautiful. I do believe that the pool filters should run longer than 2 hours a day & management should review this. The staff were amazing, helpful & kind.

Room was not clean, there was black dusts raining in on one side of the bed all the time. Bed was creaking all over. Water in the shower has no pressure, and can turn to be very hot or very cold at any time. Maintenance of the whole hotel is way below minimum expectations. Breakfast is sub-average. Spa facility closes at 5 pm?? Going in and out of the hotel traffic is crazily bad
