I could hear the noise from the neighbor, the rooms aren’t soundproof.

It’s clean and affordable in the center of BSD City, Tangerang. McDonald’s is next to the property, also there are some restaurants and Alfamart next to the property as well.

I love the cleanliness of the room. The staff are also very helpful, and the location of the hotel is right next to McDonald's, and that was excellent. it's easy to grab lunch and dinner

Value for money clean in a good location. Originally booked for 2 nights and move to another hotel instead we extended for another 6 nights.

Signal internet is not too good, even my gsm more worse than the wifi.

I'm not a fan of the capsule bathroom/toilet, it is super cramped and the drainage needs a bit of improvement as the toilet parts floor keeps getting wet from the shower but cannot get dry.

Good deal for the area, plus the bed is nice and the ac is cool. It also have decent room size. There's a bunch of street food vendors about 100m from the hotel, also McDonald's right on the side of the hotel, so it is easy if you need to find food any time of the day. Check in a bit slow though

Ants crawling on the wall near the bed, so we have to clean them most of the 3 days staying there. Also additional towel and pillows got charged.

customer service chat (through Whatsapp) is terrible. They didn't respond my chat for hours (sometimes days), sometimes they switched office who handle the chat. Lack of coordination. No CS number in room, I didn't know how to reach the staff other than go down to the lobby and go to front desk. I tried to call the property, the CS officer told me to follow up through chat. Still very slow response. Lack of coordination: i sent my proof of payment as stated in the payment terms, but i have to wait days for payment confirmation. On the check in day, they asked if I already made the payment. I said yes check your chat. I showed it to the staff too. On the check out day, they called again saying I had not settle the payment, so I had to show them the proof of payment again. This would not happen if the staff has good coordination. Seriously I hope you fix this customer service communication problem.

i used to stay here for work travel. the room is good, hot water works properly. towel is clean, room is clean (but you have to ask the staff to clean your room before leaving, otherwise they don't).

would be great if the shower door (the rubber seal) checked and replaced with the new seal, cos at the present the condition was already cracked due to temperature and age maybe. also the window blind, would be nice if it was also replaced with the new one.

we didn't take the breakfast in the hotel. cos there are plenty malls and shopping centers around hotel. staff very kind and friendly, easy to communicate with.. we will for sure recommend other friends and family members to stay at POP Hotel if they need an accommodation in Jakarta / BSD area.

All over disappointed last night , No smoking , portable toilet

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price The room was extremely small and felt more like basic accommodation than a proper hotel room. The bathroom was a cramped, portable setup that added to the discomfort. Overall, the space was congested and far from what you'd expect for the high price charged. Definitely not value for money.

the bathroom is really bad and dirty. this facility did not use bleach for laundry and cleaning. so expect thing will not be white and clean.

It's not clean enough (some stains on the blanket), the check in process is weird. I was asked to pay first by transfer a few days before my date, and when I checked in the staff still asked for me to pay again. Thankfully he understood after I explained & showed the evidence. But it shows the lack of coordination between staffs. They also weren' ready enough when I checked in, there was not towel yet, & no tissues at all in the room.
