The only drawback is the location in the middle of Jakarta’s busy center, where traffic can be difficult to navigate and often very slow. However, this is more due to the city itself and not something the hotel can control.

The hotel has a very nice design and the staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay. There are plenty of facilities available, with the laundry service being a particularly useful surprise. The location is excellent as well, close to the metro station and just a short distance from the city center.

The shower was pretty leaky and the live music in the lobby was far too loud (and long).

The location is good, and easy walking distance from anything needed. There are good food choices nearby.

We gave feedback that the security deposit box was low in battery. The front desk acknowledged and promised to send technician. Technician did not come.

Awesome Location, plenty of shops like Indomaret and other local shops around. Very close to Pasar Baru Metro Mall. Microwave and fridge facilities available at the reception. Hot water available for free at Reception. They do charge 5000 Rupiah for the paper cup, though. They provide water bottle, towel, toilet paper, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush everyday. Excellent Hot Breakfast available for 55 thousand Indonesian Rupiah per day, if not booked with the room. Overall, Hotel is Highly Recommended ! Indian travellers can visit the Pasar Baru Sikh Temple which is within walking distance and Indian restaurant Martabak Har, which is next to Pasar Baru Metro Mall.

No mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold or store food, had to eat everything on the day if you ordered delivery or brought food back. No laundry either I think? I wasn't advised of any laundry facilities.

Staff were very friendly and helpful all the time, amazing customer service! Room was clean and spacious! Convenience of having 24hr reception and little minimart to grab snacks. The aircon worked very well in the room, kept me nice and cool!! Amenities were refreshed every day for toothbrush/paste, body wash/shampoo, towels and bottled water.

Located in front of Pasar Baru, you cannot be more central. The hotel and the room are equipped with basic amenities. It's a good choice for a short stay.

There is no kettle to cook hot water in the room. If you want hot water, you have to go down to the reception counter.

I like the cheap price and the location that is close to restaurants and places I want to go.

When I made the reservation I asked for a high floor room but they gave just on 2nd floor telling that I book a separate beds room so they don't have this kind of beds on others floors (there are 8 floor total...) Clearly visible stains on my bed sheets.
