You can see the pool from the lobby. The room was really small and a little bit noisy. Can’t go on the rooftop during the day because it’s under construction.

There were ants in the room around the table. Also, there was a small clog in the sink. I wanted to use laundry service, but unfortunately even with the express option, it takes more than a day. The swimming pool looks not that clean, but it did not jeopardise my morning swimming routine.

I was able to check in earlier than it is mentioned in the ad. Also during the whole of my stay, it was super calm, with no noise from any of the neighbours. The beds were just amazing, usually, I have some issues sleeping the first night in the new place, but this was not the case here.

Perhaps it was because it was a weekday, but the restaurant did not have what was on the menu available.

Good for a stop over or a couple of days in Jakarta. The room has just the necessary space and amenities.

All is fine except the sound proofing which was very disturbing with the next doors rooms . My sons as my wife listen everything next room even the shower ....

My wife like this hotel very much but my sons and my wife were disturbed with the poor sound proofing.

The gym would need AC as even in the morning it was very hot there with the sun shining right inside the gym. Room AC was super cold and I got sick even though I put the temperature at 26 degrees (without AC the room got too warm). Breakfast buffet was very nice but the warm food selection could do with a few more western options like bacon/sausage and yogurt would be a good addition to the cold selection.

The staff was very nice and helpful and bed was comfortable.

shower wasn’t clean. I asked them to give my shower a good clean on the second day - they didn’t clean it still. Hotel is pretty new so the dirt that can be easily cleaned. if hotel will not pay attention how their staff clean rooms-it will run down shortly.

had a slight ant infestation in my room, and the entrance to the shower seemed quite badly designed. the ‘hotel tour’ on the television didn’t work and some of the channels were often disconnected. no hairdryer in the room

- Lifts were bad, small and very slow - Aircon wasn't very strong - I don't think the place was very clean, especially the shower heads in the toilets (both the Deluxe and the Presidential Suite were pretty bad) - Water pressure was very low - The hotel phone in the Presidential Suite was broken and the cups were dirty. Didn't expect this from the most expensive room in the hotel.

Breakfast wasn't the best. Coffee was really bad and the food wasn't very good, I think the keropok and the eggs counter were palatable. I won't have eaten there if not for the fact I didn't have time. My suggestion is to charge more for breakfast if you want, but throw in more breakfast items, like sausage/hashbrowns.

Carpet looked a bit dirty and could use some deepcleaning. SOTB cocktail on the skybar was very dissapointing and did not contain the correct ingredients or any cranberryjuice at all. Other than that the coffee I had 2 years ago was good.

Very cool theme and room. Been here before 2 years ago, so I wanted to come back. Nice shower and spacious. Nice rooftop with a great view. Good AC. Staff was well spoken, quick to help and the breakfast has many nice options including fruits, rice, veggies, noodles, waffles, toast, yoghurt, omelette, cereals etc.

Staff were generally quite rude, the tiny unstaffed gym closes at 7pm same for the indoor pool. I was advised by one member of staff the pool stayed open until 9pm so jumped in, only to be rudely told by a guard to get out. Went to the bar at 11:30pm which is supposed to be open until 2am to find the lights out & the staff having a party. Clearly poor management here & a lack of customer focus. The place is run for the staff not the guests. For this reason I will not return & do not recommend staying here.
