Basic room but excellent aircon and convenient location. The pool was clean and the woman at the front desk was very helpful. Would stay again!

No body or shampoo provided; only bar hand soap provided. Shower pressure is a bit weak. Internet speed is weak - trouble loading videos and images. Outlets are in super weird location - where it's as high as your phone, but works fine.

Excellent location - on the street, there's plenty of things to eat (local and international) and shops. Room and guest house is clean. Water dispenser provided in lobby. Outside each room are chairs and a table which are nice to sit and chill.

There was really loud music pretty much all night so if you don't like noise it's maybe not the best place, but I was there Friday - Sunday

- Clubs in the surrounding with loud music until the early morning (not in the responsibility of the guest house!). But most tours are starting early in the morning….

I liked everything except the equipment that is half broken (we had two rooms and in both something was broken) It is not a big deal anyways since everything is clean We still enjoyed the location (nice street with plenty of restaurants and bars) and a nice pool Friendly staff

Staff is kind and very helpful. Great location to restaurants, bars, and live music. Several local and touristy breakfast places close. No breakfast, but they had local made breakfast items in the coffee area to try for free.

In the evening the noise coming from opposite pub can be quite annoying especially if you want to sleep early. Other than that the rest was Ok.

The Staff there was very helpful. Getting to the Malioboro was a breeze with calling Gojek or InDrive. And having a pool in hot summer was excellent.

Cleaning should be done more often. Unfortunately, there is a noisy bar just across the street (parties ended around midnight, so it was not that bad).

Guesthouse is very nicely arranged with the pool and nice green patio. Rooms have comfortable beds and nice ensuite bathrooms. Separate sink and shelves are a plus. Good WiFi and AC.

This is not about the hotel itself, but opposite the building there's a live music bar, so if you're sensitive you won't sleep until they finish (around midnight - and they seem to play every night!). Some outside light is also entering the room at night, would be nice to have the possibility of making it dark, with a curtain or something.

Helpful and friendly staff, very attentive, room was spacious, clean and nice swimming pool which we really enjoyed. Staff helped to book temple tour (be aware it's closed on Mondays and it's not possible at the moment to go to Borobudur at sunrise - they will take you to a hill instead). Very nice place with everything you need, with a great location. Free water, tea and coffee is a nice addition, and you can get buy a beer too, which is helpful :)

The wifi doesn’t work correctly into the room.

The accommodation is well located near the tourist area and center of the city. There is free cold and hot water. Coffee and tea are free. The staff is very friendly, they offered us many cake for the breakfast. The room is spacious and clean.

Really nice street with lots of nice bars and good restaurants! Interior design is cosy with lots of plants and swimming pool. Shower is hot! Personel explains a lot and give a card of surroundings.

Airco didnt work at all the times

Good location at Prawirotawan. Staff very kind and always willing to help, she even extend our room for half a day to be able to pick the midnay train to Malang.

The foam on the bed is too soft. I was thinking the old building is the hotel, but it's not. The hotel is just a standard building on the back of the old house.

The guest house is near some bars that play live music in the evening. this is quite noisy when you try to sleep.
