Nice modern hotel in a big city where there arent a lot of non- Indonesian customers. Felt more like a business trip stayover hotel . The staff were very friendly, happy and helpful. The room was quite big and very clean.

The hotel is convenient and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great, serving delicious food with very reasonable prices. In addition, if you are tired, you can get massage service easily.

As I started, it is a 3 star hotel. I would like to see the bathroom given a little attention. The tiles need cleaning, and grout needs reapplying.

Please remember this hotel only has 3 stars in the rating, though! It is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast has quality food. The gem in the crown of PrimeBiz Surabaya is the customer service. The team is warm and friendly and second to no one.

The bathroom in my room was dated and needed an upgrade, only it was clean. The room and the bed were comfortable. No true complaints about this hotel.

As I have said in my other reviews of PrimeBiz Surabaya, the staff were exceptional! The care and attitude of the staff was consistent throughout the Hotel. They were friendly and professional. The Hotel don't forget is only a 3 star hotel. Only it was clean and cleaned regularly. I will be staying at PrimeBiz Surabaya when I visit again.

As mentioned it is a three star hotel, so my expectations were reasonable, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, only the bathroom was a little dated. That's it. Only it was clean and usable. No true complaints.

Let's be honest, it isn't a 5 star hotel in the way of facilities, ONLY! the staff were of 5 star quality, they were friendly and professional and assisted myself to the best of their ability! A BIG THANK YOU! Also the price and location was fantastic. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to ALL solo and couple travellers. You will not regret it.

Very new hotel with all clean and tidy, good to stay with family and the breakfast is excellent and also you can order lunch and dinner at optimum rate with very good quality.

The shower head is very bad looking shabby and needs replacing. so the water didnt come out full The toilet clean but prefer the easy button to press to flush like most hotel I have been. The hotel didnt have non -smoking room for trple but they did what they can for us to have an extra bed without charge. But we had booked a triple room and the picture was very nice. only we didnt get what it looks on the picture .

The desk in the room. the smell in the whole hotel and the room is really nice. its so relaxing. The toilet in the lobby is very nice,ciean, big size. There is like a cafe or more like a restaurant in the lobby. Very nice staffs.

I did not like the fact that the management used words such as triple superior rooms however he was avoiding to use bed sizes such as double bed or queen beds. The room he was offering had three single beds for a family of five. This was not good enough for a family of five. As he mentioned that all of their rooms were like this. They even failed to provide an extra mattress. Provided only one keycard, if we took the key with us the children would remain without AC/lights in the room. Therefore had to ask for an extra key.

Outdated furniture. No swimming pool

Nice 42"+ Flat Screen. Good sized, smoking room! And bathroom. Need a bit of rejuvenation though. On some furniture. Nice long table for working on your laptop Too bad no swimming pool.

They did not provide us the original booked non-smoking triple room, we had to argue to get a non smoking room. They finally provided us a non-smoking double room and added an extra bed which made the spacing very tight. This should have been an ok hotel if everything went smoothly. Location was off of the toll way with no direct access and must drive around through narrow roads..

We booked a room for 3 people but unfortunately the only room available is on the smoking floor. The cigarette smell is very distinctive and we have to spray the room in order to remove the smell. I think the reception staffs can absolutely improve their greeting skill and friendly smile for customers. Parking for cars were a bit tight.

The hotel was located next to convenience store, a few local restaurants and a decent cafe to choose. The room was large enough for the 3 of us staying. Bathroom cleanliness was decent. Price range was affordable.
