    A cama era ok e o café da manhã com muitas opções. Janela boa para o barulho externo , diminuindo muito o ruído do trânsito

    O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, bolor no banheiro, o quarto com carpet, o banheiro de vidro jateado não dando privacidade nenhuma e a noite quando ascende a luz ilumina o quarto , atrapalhando a outra pessoa. Dava para ouvir muito o barulho dos outros quartos. O Box do banheiro é cortina de pano e chuveiro dentro da banheira

I can assure you that it deeply saddens me that the memory of your recent visit is a rather disappointing one and your expectations were not met. Ms. Marcela, your recent reservation with us was for our Premium Superior room which is our starting category. The room located in our original building which was still true to its historical design. However we do have a variety of different rooms should you like to explore a Pullman experience starting from a Grand Deluxe room category in our renovated Pullman Tower. However we do understand your concern and we agreed that cleanliness is a priority to guest satisfaction. I am sure you will appreciate that feedback from our guests is paramount to us and remains our biggest learning tool. This helps us to evaluate our shortcomings and we will ensure that we learn from it and utilize it in the future. I could only hope that there would be an opportunity for us to recover your trust and make it up to you on your next visit. Once again, we do apologize for the inconvenience and feel free to let us know for your next travel plans as we would very much welcome the opportunity to redeem ourselves and make sure that your next stay goes and remains beyond your expectations.
