Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile ci ha concesso di rimanere in piscina ed utilizzare le docce molto oltre l’orario di check-out. Abbiamo cenato in struttura entrambe le sere della permanenza e il cibo era molto buono.
In quanto 5 stelle mi aspettavo una piccola marcia in piu, inoltre la colazione alla carta non aveva molta possibilità di scelta “dolce”.

Stanza con odore forte di umidità, problema molto diffuso a Bali, ci hanno dato però un deumificatore portatile che ha migliorato (non del tutto) la situazione.

Recensione verificataStruttura centralissima, bellissima piscina e bella camera. Staff cordiale ma talvolta fin troppo presente, ci tengono a parlare con te ogni qual volta metti piede fuori dalla camera. Forse un po’ troppo.. Per il resto bella la colazione direttamente in balcone!
Forte odore di muffa proveniente dal bagno. Facendolo notare hanno detto che non era vero, ma in camera era presente il deumidificatore.. Ogni volta bisognava aprire le finestre per far cambiare aria, ma comunque l odore rimaneva sempre. Peccato!

Recensione verificataStanza molto grande con bagno compreso di vasca e doccia dalle dimensioni molto ampie. Camera molto pulita, letto comodo con 3 scelte di cuscini. La colazione era buona e con scelta alla carta la sera prima. La piscina immersa nel verde permetteva di rilassarsi dopo una giornata frenetica. Lo staff gentile e disponibile, pronti ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Massaggi meravigliosi nella spa. È presente anche un ristorante all’interno della struttura con cibo molto buono, con possibilità di consumarlo nel terrazzo

Spesso nella camera si respirava un’umidità eccessiva, il ristagno dell’aria umida dava luogo a qualche cattivo odore. Al di là del clima che si respira ad Ubud questi aspetti sono forse legati alla configurazione costruttiva dello stabile che ospita l’hotel.

ahahahha quasi nulla, ma come spunto di miglioramento direi di lubrificare la porta scorrevole del bagno che fa rumore e di equipaggiare la camera con asciugacapelli più potenti pensando anche a chi ha i capelli ricci! ☺️🙏
