The hotel environment is very good, very comfortable, the hotel location is very close to the beach, you can take a boat from here to see the dolphins, breakfast is also good, the bathroom does not seem to provide hot water

The washrooms have an unpleasant odor and definitely need an upgrade. Additionally, the shampoo and shower gel bottles aren’t labeled, making it confusing to know which is which.

The breakfast was great, and the staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming—truly the best! Hotel is near Dolphin tour so no complaints

No bed cover on bed. Only a light sheet. No pool towels available. Had to use bath towel for pool. Very basic breakfast.

Great location only short walk to the beach. Close to warungs. Well maintained gardens. Good size well kept pool. Rooms were good size and clean. Good ac. Plenty of water pressure in shower. Friendly staff.

For the family room, it would be nice to have a terrace with 4 chairs so that every one can sit together. We have a balcony with 2 chairs and a terrace with 2 chairs, but no place were we could all sit together. Bathrooms would require some renovation.

The hotel personal was a great assistance in a lot of things! Really nice location, well kept. Beach is only 3 walking minutes away, lots of restaurants in waking distance!

It’s an awesome budget hotel, we’ll be back!

We loved this property, we are a family of four and booked the family room- two storey- note that the double is down stairs and two singles up top- we swapped the kids around which was not an issue and they were downstairs as they’re too young to be by themselves. The pool was AMAZING! Has a three in one type of design with a kiddies pool, medium and deep. Such an awesome set up. The gardens were beautiful and the staff so helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious, you pick what you want- nasi’s, eggs, pancakes, etc, then drinks and fruits. Really lovely and easy. Perfect location- eateries all round.

The next morning we had our breakfast at their restaurant after we came back from the dolphin tour. We did not know the food portion quite small so we only order once ( the waiter who took order ask my friend whether they still wanna add more order ). After we saw the food portion then we decided to order more. Finish the breakfast of course we have pay for our extra order. But the staff there was in a flurry and talk to us with bad tone “Look, did I just ask you to order more? Now it’s very messy to get the order.”

When we just arrived, those friendly staff help to carry our baggages to the room. The cleanliness I would say 7/10 only. Not that dirty but not very clean also. One of the room was not bright enough ( suggest to change the bulb to higher lumen). But this place very easy to get to the beach especially when you have to wake up super early for dolphin tour. There are many restaurants and massage choices along the street.
