The hotel environment is very good, very comfortable, the hotel location is very close to the beach, you can take a boat from here to see the dolphins, breakfast is also good, the bathroom does not seem to provide hot water

The washrooms have an unpleasant odor and definitely need an upgrade. Additionally, the shampoo and shower gel bottles aren’t labeled, making it confusing to know which is which.

Great location only short walk to the beach. Close to warungs. Well maintained gardens. Good size well kept pool. Rooms were good size and clean. Good ac. Plenty of water pressure in shower. Friendly staff.

No bed cover on bed. Only a light sheet. No pool towels available. Had to use bath towel for pool. Very basic breakfast.

Excellent location, great large room with balcony, fridge and kettle, beautiful pool in tropical garden, right next to beach and great little warungs .

I would have liked a light blanket. I was either too cold even with air conditioning on 25 or too hot without airconditioning.

I just liked it, the swimming in the pool, the kind small garden around, the restaurant, the personal. Everything was just good. Would recommend to everyone.

It is an all good hotel with plenty of rooms and guest. It was definitely a great choice.

Swimming pool

Very run down.The toilet reeks of urine and the shower head is very dirty.There is a lot of flying insects such as mosquitoes .The bed was very creaky and the place is generally very dirty .The food is so bland and very simple . And one of the staff (~40-50years old male) at breakfast hall on 4the July morning was very rude to us. The room and toilet smells very musty.

Very nice outdoor area, great pool and lounge area surrounding. Rooms were clean, area was perfect. Walkable to restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

Food options were limited and not very good, ended up eating out across the street instead. Bed not very comfortable, toilet right next to the shower which I know is common in Bali but a bit annoying that it got soaked whenever we showered b

The hotel personal was a great assistance in a lot of things! Really nice location, well kept. Beach is only 3 walking minutes away, lots of restaurants in waking distance!

For the family room, it would be nice to have a terrace with 4 chairs so that every one can sit together. We have a balcony with 2 chairs and a terrace with 2 chairs, but no place were we could all sit together. Bathrooms would require some renovation.

Lovely pool area and staff really friendly. Also organised a fantastic dolphin trip for us. Had an issue with the AC and they fixed immediately. Brilliant location

Lovely but rooms are a little dated.

Location is close to the Dolphins port and there is many restaurants nearby.

No hot water and no hand shower head, it need to stand under shower head. The water smell terrible and everything looks old/not feeling good. We used bottle water to brush teeth and wash body. Bug on bed and no quilt until we asked for it, then they offered blankets. Maybe you choose good room it's different. Good luck. Not recommended unless you like the price.

Very nice resortlike place with several small bungalows and a nice pool in the middle.

Only thing bad is that we stayed too short, we had just one night here and regret not having stayed a bit longer.

The hotel is very close to the ocean, with a large, 3 department swimming pool. The rooms differ, but my delux room was absolutely lovely, with view over the pool and the garden. The garden was very beautiful too, well caretaken and with plenty of place and plants. The stuff was always kind and supporting. The breakfast pancake was best here. I warmly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a quiet, comfy place to stay at.
