Reviews of Puri Hasu Bali 3 stars

I booked two stays for overall 6 weeks. This is my favorite base in Bukit. the room is large as is the bed and clean. The staff is very kind. The pool is just perfect. The garden is very well kept. There is no restaurant but a common kitchen for guest to use. After many times, Puri Hasu is home.

For the price, the room was nice. The pool area was also nice

When we arrived the sheets were wet so we asked them to be replaced. The person we talked to got very defensive and told us we were wet, not the bed. After several minutes of back and forth, they finally agreed to change the sheets, which is all we were asking for to begin with.

The room is old. The bathroom smells damp. There is always garbage floating in the pool. One time we came home, the door was open, there was a man inside replacing the exhaust hood in the bathroom. He came without any warning or our consent to our home. We stayed in four different hotels in Bali - this was the worst and most expensive of them all. I do not recommend it.

The rooms were spacious and had included items such as water, body wash, even tooth brushes and toothpaste. I had an issue with the sink which i reported and they fixed as soon as possible. The pool area was stunning. Enjoyed the shared kitchen also. All around a good experience and i would stay here again.

I had a lot of bugs in my room, including ants, spiders and cockroaches. I found it easy to ignore as it wasn’t the hotels fault.

The staff were so friendly. Very quiet and peaceful resort. Huge room, comfy bed. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Literally the only thing that could be improved is having a holder for the shower at head height.

Very great guesthouse! the beds are very huge and you have your own fridge. We stayed two weeks, went to canggu and booked Puri Hasu again. Its very quiet, the pool area is beautiful and you can reach the next markets in a couple minutes. Happily recommending this place.

We booked twin beds and when we got there it was a double bed, after they told us they will move us to a twin room next day and that never happened and on the last night one of the workers knocked on the door with the owner over the phone wanted to speak to us and he offered us another room for free just because he saw we put a complaint though booking.com and he asked me to please put a good review when he didn’t even try to help us at first. Really disappointed with the treatment received specially from the owner because the workers do what the owner allows them to do. We only got help after complaining :(

We stayed here recently with our two year old and found this homestay to be lovely. We were assigned one of the newly built rooms which had a big bed, a hot shower and even a bath. The furniture was new and the AC worked well. The homestay was simple, no breakfast, but there was access to a communal kitchen. For the price, this was more than fair, and we had a great night sleep. The room exceeded our expectations.

Large room with a nice bathroom (bath available). The pool is very nice as well. Easy to park a car or scooter.
