The gardens were beautiful. The beach side location, although not quite central. The adults' only pool was really good.

The shower curtain in the bathroom, the bedding needs updating, and the pillows were too big. It was expensive, double the cost from 12 months ago. We both had our birthdays, but no acknowledgement, last year we had cards and cakes, small things

Facilities were good, location excellent. The grounds have well established landscaping. Our flight was hours later after our check out time, left our baggage at reception, were able to hang around the pool and could take a shower before we jumped onto our plane, not every hotel allows this! Well done.

Our room smelt on mould and damp. We had the aircon on at night but had to open the doors to reduce the smell. The bathrooms could do with a refresh, tiles, taps etc were worn out, Shower head kept moving around. It was the only let down. The service in the restaurant near the beach was very slow and expensive. We ate there a few times, but gave up, eating elsewhere.

Breakfast was great

Nice location. The staff was great and took care of our requests. Food was also nice and had few vegetarian options. The view of the ocean was great. The breakfast buffet had decent options. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Nice location in Sanur, great breakfast. Complimentary morning yoga was a highlight, the Santrian club is a nice option for adult only space.

Only downside was that the plumbing system near our room was pretty noisy (water hammer) when guests in other rooms used their taps.

It was odd having a bathroom in the hall. Never had that before. No lift

Premier deluxe room on the third floor was really large and modern. Choice of 3 pools, one exclusive for premier deluxe guests. Variety of choices for buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds.

Water pressure in the shower was a little weak and temperature control was tricky. Wifi in room dropped out a little.

A lot of the food was cold. And the coffee at breakfast cold also

There was some construction going on which was a bit noisy.

Breakfast could have more of a cereal selection with nuts and fruit.

The welcome, the atmosphere, traditional Balinese surrounds, the gardens and the people were all wonderful

As I go to Bali once or twice a year, I did notice that the prices are becoming quite prohibitive.

Super frendly stuff, varied and tasty breakfast buffet, pools. All hotel area in nice Balian's style.

There was not showers at pool area but pools were always clean.

So many pools to choose from, and they were all excellent. We loved the traditional feel of the resort. The breakfasts provided lots of choices and dinner in the beachside restaurant a couple of nights was excellent. Staff were all wonderful, as was the location

They fumigate the resort a couple of times a week. Stay indoors because the smoke and smell is awful

Receptionist photocopied my credit card. Shortly after our trip, I was scammed. My bank detected three suspicious credit card transactions. I had to cancel my credit card.
