A bit out of town but easy to get a ride from the hotel car.

Room was very comfortable. Nice style. On beach location with open air cafe restaurant. Quiet location not too far from town.

Beach not swimmable. Pool area isolated from views. Room adjoined to next door for the bungalow. Probably noisy for them given our little people. Out of town with little to do.

Great location right on the beach and a short scooter to town. Breakfast and massage services were both great. Would stay again!

Puri Sari Beach Hotel was exceptional with warm, friendly staff and a spacious, spotless room. Great value for money with a lovely free upgrade. The on-site restaurant was fantastic, delicious food with plenty of variety, beautifully presented, and served with a smile. A peaceful beachfront escape, I can’t wait to return!

We loved the beautiful garden, pool area and beach. All of them are very well maintained with lots of natural shades. We stayed in a villa which was beautiful and very spacious. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced. A great experience, we loved it!

There could be more deck chairs in the pool area.

I liked everything in this hotel: moustly location, stuf, delicious food, live music in the evening-was last min. but exelent choice!

A comfortable room. One of the highlights not to be missed is the breathtaking sunset — make your way to the hotel’s private beach in the early evening to fully enjoy this magical moment by the sea.

The hotel is amazing, the staff, the food , the private beach access. The atmosphere is great. I would stay here again. The food is affordable at the hotel.

A bit far from the centre, however with a grab you can get there in a few minutes.

All staff maintained a friendly, amongst servile demeanour. The beach is right next to the hotel which was convenient and the staff brought my drinks to me on the beach. There was a pianist at dinner who played beautiful live music.

Where to start: - The noise was horrendous!! I slept less than 2 hours all night and it ruined my trip. Screaming, laughing, banging of doors. It was truly awful. I complained to the staff at 2am who spoke no English apart from “ok”. The receptionist said he rang the room but the noise continued and he did nothing about it. - The sink, toilet and shower did not work in the room when I arrived, as the water to the room was not working, so I could not clean myself or take a shower. It wasn’t fixed until I was asleep in bed. I asked for a bucket of water. The staff said yes but did not provide one. - I also asked for a remote control for the aircon as I couldn’t find it. The staff said “yes” then did nothing as they didn’t understand English. - The hotel confirmed my taxi booking from the airport to the hotel. However no taxi was waiting when I arrived. When I contacted the hotel, they responded very slowly and told me i needed to find a taxi myself.

Exceptional hotel! The staff was so kind and upgraded my room free of charge. Also booked the komodo tour through the hotel and it included everything I wanted. Great pool and beautiful beach access, would've stayed longer if I could!

Only negative was that you could hear everything from the villa next door, and the restaurant didn't have that many vegetarian options for both the breakfast and restaurant menu.

We loved our stay here and were so happy to find it exactly as described and as per the photos! All of the staff were fantastic, the rooms were cleaned daily and the bed was very comfortable. It was especially helpful having an onsite restaurant (with decent and reasonably priced food), and the buffet breakfast was good. Oh, and the sunsets are gorgeous!

There isn't much within walking distance, but we knew this when booking and easily hired a scooter to get around.

The location was excellent! Very clean beach, beautifull garden, stunning views. It is a little outside of the busier area of Labouan Bajo but there is an excelent transport arrangement from and to the hotel which will get you there in a few minutes. In the evening, it is nice to walk back because there is a dedicated but unused bicycle lane. And the staff will help you with every request and they are all very good at their job!

The beds may very well be the largest we have ever slept in ! Wonderfull. A tiny bit too hard to our liking but that is a matter of personal taste I guess.

We enjoyed a lively stay at this very well maintained and well cared for hotel. Staff are excellent. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. We loved the pool and the beach is combed daily. Gardens are well kept. There is a serene ambience at this hotel. Lovely. Great breakfast buffet and some nice options for dinner. The beach side restaurant is nicely done. A super stay, we would definitely stay again and recommend.
