Don’t book floor 11 or 12 the Aircon there does not work. It seems a bit rundown and we needed to be moved of those two floors. The property was value for money but was rundown and sparkling clean. That was good enough for sleeping in the end.

The location was pretty good for us and it’s only like 30 m from probably one of the best seafood restaurants we’ve come across in Indonesia. the staff tried very hard to be as helpful as they could given the circumstances. We give them points for their personal efforts.

Room safe didn’t work. Toilet leaked. Basin tap leaked. Shower cubicle leaked across floor. Only two towels provided.

Gym equipment needed updating - most of it was broken We were given a ‘free upgrade’ which in reality was the hotel moving us to a full corridor most likely to make cleaning easier. We were put next to a noisy family (adjoining room) and soundproofing wasn’t great

Lovely big bed and good bathroom. Wi-Fi was fine. Breakfast very good- eggs cooked to order. Excellent location as close to some very nice restaurants

Bathroom equipment is worn and could be better maintained.

The breakfast is very nice, it features several Indonesian dish as well as a variety of classic breakfast options. Staff is also giving quality service.

Actually we booked the hotel (for one night to catch the flight the next day very early) only for one reason - the pool (since we were travelling with our kid). After check-in we were told the pool was closed due to some activities. Nobody informed us about this issue before. Besides, the room, bathroom and carpets in the building were quite dirty, it seemed they haven’t seen the hoover for a long, long time :(

The hotel is near by downtown, clean, but they put water dispenser in front of elevator. Could be for go green. But for me, it was not comfortable. Better put water in bottle in the room, because usually I don't going out after I check in and relax at my hotel room. Over all it's worthy price.

The shower and water pressure were good, however the shower areas itself was rather mouldy. The room as a whole had quite a tired look but was overall comfortable. The kettle wasn't ideal with the lid being broken, so if your pour water from it you need to hold the lid on.

Comfortable room and bed, excellent value for money. Room service was prompt and friendly.

It's not clean! Towels are gray and the bath tub water is yellow. 😔 I used to like this place a lot. But the most recent visit was quite a disappointment because the bath tub was really dirty.

The location is good and the facilities are acceptable. It provided a comfortable and peaceful stay.

- Location was good within 20mins from most major shopping mall - The deluxe Double room was a decent size room and comfortable bed

We stayed 6 nights in the Deluxe Double 1).Very poor igene specially in the dining room with fruit flies flying everywhere and small cocorouches 2). Some of the food wasnt fresh at all. 3). The locking/unlocking system on the door kept glitching having to go down to recepoton to reset the card 4). Lobby area sofa had several stains on it 5). Hotel room service food is not a good value for money and some foods wasnt even fresh

We are from the UK 🇬🇧, and we supposed to stay here for 4 days 3 nights for vacation, but decided to checkout in day 2! Rooms were foisty, damp and full of molds 🤮we asked to change room 2x but apparently all the rooms are same! Dirty + smell damp everywhere… AC is damn hot! Bathroom was dirty and smells funny - Any Red Doors/ OYO is even better hygiene than this hotel 😠Seriously, you guys need to take a very deep consideration to spend your money here. Despite of what people said about the location is great, to us… this wasn’t even really next to main city centre. And….. Rooms are not soundproof! So yeah, no peaceful & relax experience during our stay here. NEVER AGAIN…….!
