    I like you avoid water plastic bottle in side room.

    While booking, I selected include breakfast, but when I reach hotel, come to know the breakfast is not included.

    - Location was good within 20mins from most major shopping mall - The deluxe Double room was a decent size room and comfortable bed

    -No complementary water in the room - Dining room has several fruit flies and small cocorouches crawling around - Some of the foods were not fresh

    Decent size room, comfortable bed, located within 20min from all major shopping Mall

    We stayed 6 nights in the Deluxe Double 1).Very poor igene specially in the dining room with fruit flies flying everywhere and small cocorouches 2). Some of the food wasnt fresh at all. 3). The locking/unlocking system on the door kept glitching having to go down to recepoton to reset the card 4). Lobby area sofa had several stains on it 5). Hotel room service food is not a good value for money and some foods wasnt even fresh

    Nothing. All is crap!!! It’s old and full of damps!

    We are from the UK 🇬🇧, and we supposed to stay here for 4 days 3 nights for vacation, but decided to checkout in day 2! Rooms were foisty, damp and full of molds 🤮we asked to change room 2x but apparently all the rooms are same! Dirty + smell damp everywhere… AC is damn hot! Bathroom was dirty and smells funny - Any Red Doors/ OYO is even better hygiene than this hotel 😠Seriously, you guys need to take a very deep consideration to spend your money here. Despite of what people said about the location is great, to us… this wasn’t even really next to main city centre. And….. Rooms are not soundproof! So yeah, no peaceful & relax experience during our stay here. NEVER AGAIN…….!

    Friendly staff

    Very dated and run down, pool was underwhelming like swimming in a multi story car park and the gym was very limited

    The location was pretty good for us and it’s only like 30 m from probably one of the best seafood restaurants we’ve come across in Indonesia. the staff tried very hard to be as helpful as they could given the circumstances. We give them points for their personal efforts.

    Don’t book floor 11 or 12 the Aircon there does not work. It seems a bit rundown and we needed to be moved of those two floors. The property was value for money but was rundown and sparkling clean. That was good enough for sleeping in the end.
