The only small downside is room’s window being so close to the hallway so you basically keep the curtains shut at all times to preserve privacy

Would have been a nice touch if they had sockets that also accepted UK plugs like some other hotels but they did provide us with one adapter when asked.

Pool is great, food was fantastic, room was clean and nice, staff were great, has a nice vibe and not too busy or loud. Short walk to the beach.

The hotel surrounding could be better - it s very safe but it could be cleaner. Also Trawangan is not really rich in activities appart from beach and sea activities. Shopping is limited and other restaurants are so so… Quma stays a great (best) option.

The hotel is great. Swimming pool is top. Food excellent and people very kind and professional. Cool also to have a good diving school at the entrance of the hotel.

Breakfast choices must be communicated in advance the day before within 10.30 pm: you still get breakfast if you forget but options may be limited. They provide refillable potable water which is magnific but you always need to ask the reception. They offer side services (bike rental, laundry) but they should rely on more reliable businesses: we had a bad experience with the laundry service. The restaurant closes quite early for Italian habits - so bare it in mind, 10 pm, with kitchen closing around 9.30 pm.

Nice hotel far from the chaos of the port, but with harbour still at walking distance (15 min on foot). Right in front of turtle Beach. Breakfast consists of one main course, one beverage and a juice or fruit. It is varied and delicious and in general the restaurant, which is open to the public, is very good. Very good cappuccino and pizzas - take it from an Italian! The hotel is clean and the room small but comfortable. Nice pool and outlook in general, cozy and exclusive atmosphere.

The staff were very friendly and helped with laundry and sourcing an electric scooter to hire. The hotel is very nice and has a very chilled out vibe. I would definitely stay here again.

The only small thing would be that it is a bit of walk from the harbor to the hotel, so if you are carrying bigger luggage then you might want to take a carriage.

The stay was fantastic, the staffs were very friendly and kind. We felt very welcomed by everyone and everything was great, the pool, the food, the cleaness. Would absolutely recomment this place to anyone coming to Gili T.

Impossible to not like anything about this place

Absolutely loved our stay at Quma. Such a beautiful relaxing place. Our room was just a step away from the pool, and with the day bed outside it was hard to ever walk to the beach. Breakfasts were amazing too & the food quality & presentation was excellent. The location is perfect too, only a short walk to the restaurants and the beach. Highly recommended for your stay in Gili Trawangan

The only downside was the noise from the coffee machine in the restaurant early in the morning — starting around 6:30 a.m., it was clearly audible from the room, and I woke up because of it a couple of times.

We stayed for two nights at this wonderful hotel and everything was just perfect. It’s cozy, intimate, and feels like a small world of its own — you simply don’t want to leave. There’s a bar right by the pool, a restaurant nearby, and housekeeping is done twice a day. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. Definitely the best option on Gili Island if you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat. It’s a quiet spot, yet still close enough to the main street with all the bars and restaurants.

The only bad thing we could think of is that the main seating around the pool was deck chairs, sunbeds would be lots better!

The restaurant, pool and bar was all clean and relaxing. Perfect location, right next to the centre but off the main road so nice and quiet. The staff were the best!!

The WiFi was a big problem, it seems as though there is only one WiFi router and that is in the restaurant, the hotel needs to install more booster WiFi boxes to ensure WiFi in all rooms can be accessed. I could only consistently access WiFi when in the restaurant or round the pool, which is next to the restaurant. In room 10 and 11 the WiFi would drop and reconnect every 2 seconds, which means I could never take a private WhatsApp/FaceTime call in my room or even stream a film in the evenings before bed.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The hotel is well maintained and looks brand new even though it’s a few years old. The pool is very big and the restaurant serves a great breakfast, lunch / dinner options.
