Its location and it was super clean.

There was no electric jug to make a coffee/tea.

This was a short stay in Sanur , before my partner and I left for Gili Meno to do some diving. It was perfect for a night. The breakfast is usually the standard for this kind of price range. Being a Cook, I always think that Hoteliers and Homestays could 100% increase their customer base with a colourful , nutritious breakfast with better bread than the white slice .. Having said that , we both love a good breakfast to start the day off in good spirits and it did the job. The owners are absolutely lovely and super helpful with anything you need for your stay . We arrived in the early hours and were looked after perfectly. We would stay again for sure!

Second time we stayed here! Breakfast was delicious and the host family is super kind and helpful. Good to know: There’s a bar across the road with live music until about 22:30. It didn’t bother us at all. In fact, it added to the holiday atmosphere! If you’re in the mood, stop by, grab a beer, and enjoy the music.

The shower head was not perfect, when taking a shower the water came out almost to the room floor

Location

Superior deluxe room was at the back of the building, next to the kitchen and staff quarters. A mere half a metre of space is between the room door and property wall. Advertising pictures show the superior deluxe room on the second floor, courtyard facing. The room has no windows, no bathroom extractor fan, no breeze (due to the wall), and no ceiling fan. Subsequently, the room is extremely damp and muggy. Moisture can be seen on the walls. A makeshift sheet is hung to give privacy in the shower as the glass wall is semi-transparent. A deep clean of the property is required - on closer inspection one can see the build up of dirt on outlet plugs, water dispensers, etc. The property overall feels neglected. The staff do their best but the property requires a massive overhaul to address health and hygiene.

It was centrally located, near big stores and restaurants. Good easy breakfast, made on the spot.

Music was a bit loud from one place nearby, but it was good music, so fine by me! Also, music stopped by 10.30 or so. Since had no hot water (for men, in case they need this to shave).

Free upgrade was very welcomed! The staff were helpful and kind and held our bags all day after checkout as we had a late flight. The room had everything we needed and the best bathroom we’ve had so far. Close to the beach and a lovely strip of cafes and restaurants.

The noise from a nearby bar was very loud in the evening but did stop around 11pm. The ground floor room had to keep the curtain shut as people were walking past to their rooms.

Fantastic host family and loved my stay here very central location but quiet enough to sleep.
