The only bad thing I found during my stay at the hotel was the noise from construction inside and outside the hotel.

The best part was the cleaning. They cleaned the rooms every day and always kept the stash of bottles of water, coffee, and tea fully stocked.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, which had not been mentioned anywhere beforehand. Workers were passing by our window, which was uncomfortable. We had also requested a large bed or a double bed a few days before check in since we were a couple, but without any notice, we were given a twin bed instead. When we asked, they explained that other rooms were full. They did offer to change our room to one with a large bed the next day, but since we were only staying for two nights, it didn’t seem worth moving again. Strangely, there was no hand soap or any kind of soap provided in the toilet, and when we asked, they simply said they don’t have it and don’t provide it.

The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was simple but good quality, the room design was also nice, I really liked the integration of greenery in the overall design, and the location was good.

The owners should really take more care about the cleaniness. I know that the toilet and sino was old, but they were not cleaned. Really, please consider it. The couch had also some stains..

There is a dead or dying tree in the lobby. Very unsightly. Please revive it or replace it with a water feature for a more zen-like aura.

There were no butter for bread. 0930 bfast wasn't topped up. Had to settle with drinks and fruits. Renovation was ongoing at the rooftop. Think it will complete in 2035.

Location is very good. Five minutes to Russian Embassy. Room is clean and pleasant. Cleaning was every day. Including teeth brushes, coffee/tea/water. I will choose this hotel next time.

The wifi is really bad. Breakfast could be better. I was unlucky when I stay there. They are doing some construction work so everyday at 8 am there’s so much noise. I hope next time when I stay there again they improve the WiFi and no noise. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The small pillow on the bed looks shabby and the shower took some time to heat up. The mini fridge inside my room on the first day was broken so I couldn't get anything chilled. I could hear noises from the hall inside and the wifi keeps disconnecting. I wouldn't mind if I get a proper phone signal but my signal was really weak from the room I was in and I spent my 2 nights 3 days feeling isolated.

I like how kind and helpful the staffs are and how easy it is to check in and collect my keys. It is also close from shopping malls and restaurants so it's easy to get around.
