The location is perfect, it is close to Kuta beach and small walking distance to the main restaurant area (3-5 mins). The rooms are very comfortable and clean. With nice rooftop for breakfast (which is really delicious), some food or a drink. Swimming pool is very tiny, but it refreshes. Best of Rawa Lombok is the staff. They are super friendly and attentive. I had an issue with the motor bike (glass broken and a scratch) - and they really helped me out. NB on motor bikes. They are all not insured. So in case of damage they will ask you the full month (even for a scratch), so never rent a new one!

AustraliaRoom was not ready at 7:00pm, apparently they had someone late check out, but dealt with us really poorly, just telling us to wait in the restaurant, we had been in transit for hours, had messaged to let them know of our arrival time and did not need to have to wait another hour and a half for the room to be ready, the communication was poor ( non existent via messages) and in person they were not at all apologetic, and were really vague about what was happening. The room was still not cleaned properly, heaps of sand under the mat and the previous person left plenty of hair in the bathroom, which was clearly not cleaned which further soured our stay
Amazing breakfast, great sourdough toast, huge slices. Once it was ready, and re-cleaned our room was great. I liked the location.

AustraliaThe shower flooded every time you have a shower and sat around the bottom of the toilet. The rooms were a bit damp and noisy. We had aircon and dehumidifier running constantly. Noise made me leave earlier than planned. We do come from the country, so not use to the hustle and bustle of indo city life. Our bathroom backed into a restaurant which operated long hours!
The breakfast was INCREDIBLE!! Highlight from our stay. Bed was comfortable enough.

SlovakiaOverall experience was impacted by an unpleasant musty smell in the room and bathroom, they have dehumidifiers that did its work with AC on. Nevertheless it is not inviting to stay in the room with that smell.
Spacious room, nice terrace to sit in, room cleaning done daily, coffee, tea available in the room, water refilled everyday, free toiletries. Very attentive and welcoming staff, breakfast was really delicious with many options to choose from. Nice terrace with small pool and bar to hang around to enjoy your evening.

United KingdomThe wooden bathroom doors were stiff to open and close and noisy as wood rubbing on wood. Trimming the bottom of the doors would sort the problem! Slight damp smell upon arrival, but air purifier and dehumidifier provided, so it's not much of a problem after all. The water wasn't draining properly in the bathroom, at times.
It has an absolutely amazing breakfast!! Well located, close to the beach and local amenities AC worked very well Well pressured shower Mosquito net over the bed Window shutters for privacy and making the room dark Excelent customer service from staff at any time.

Really green facility with spacious and lovely rooms. Very comfy bed. Great location in walking distance to Kuta beach and center. I loved the small terrace with the pool to cool down after a hot day. And the breakfast is just another highlight with freshly baked bread.

AustraliaThis is kind of expected in Asia, especially in Kuta, but the room smelled heavily of mold. I was hoping the price would mean less mold than other places, but it actually had more. The bathroom also constantly smelled like a sewer and we couldn't figure out why. The tiles did not grade properly to the drain so you cant use the bathroom at all without wet feet. This may have just been our particular room. Which means dirty feet because outside Kuta is a dirt place in wet season. There was an air purifier and a dehumidifier along with the aircon, but you can tell it's struggling. I may be unfair to rate this as low as 6 or 7 out of 10 because I don't know what the rest of the options in Kuta are like. Local drivers commented that it is a good hotel. However, when it comes to accom the three things I care about most are cleanliness, health, and security. Probably a 7 or 8 out of 10 for the area, but don't get your hopes too high.
Location was quiet as it was away from the main street. It's also near to the beach. Bedding etc was nice and clean. Brekfast is free and the staff are friendly and helpful. The pool on the roof is great to relax and plan. However, we realised that you don't go to Kuta Lombok for the main beach. Covered in trash and water is gross. You use Kuta as a base to head out to the other beaches. Honestly, Kuta is a place for surfers. If you like to see places for the sake of it, check it out for a night or two. Else, if you are looking for a place to relax after hiking or something, just go straight to the Gili Islands.

IndonesiaThe only issue with my room is the shower doesn't have a door or curtain and water spreads in bathroom and window in bathroom doesn't have any fly net and can't be closed shut as there's no latch so mosquitos get into the room, also the swimming pool is quiet small.
The location is great close to kuta beach just a 3 minute walk, the room was very Cosy and comfortable it has a smart TV fridge mosquito zapper in the room, the food is home made and very fresh and tasty orange juice in breakfast is freshly squeezed you can have a tea, latte cuppacino or regular coffee included in breakfast.

FranceHad a great stay at Rawa Lombok. Location is great, next to the beach and just off the main street - meaning it is not in the hustle but close to it for any needs. The room was as nice as pictured. The restaurant - including breakfast - was high quality. And a special appreciation for the staff, all really kind and professional. My only recommendation would be to add mosquito nets, the rest was great for the price paid.
