I think It's a bit overprice. They need to change the sheet and blanket, because It's already tear out.

The location is good. Near Universitas Negeri Malang. It's only Walking distance from the campus. There are some Coffee shop nearby. The staff are polite and helpful. It's located in a quiet area, so we can rest peacefully. The facility quite complete, and they have a big Pond of Koi.

Shower was really bad with almost no pressure, and there was also a small gecko in the room, but we became friends so it wasn’t big of a deal.

It’s in a good location near some good bars. They have really friendly staff that allowed us to store our luggage there until we waited for out room to get prepared. Bed was very comfortable and the wifi was okay.

We asked for laundry and they said it was 20k rupiah and when the laundry was done they said the price was 130k rupiah because the laundry was "express". We did not order any express laundry, so we felt lied and robbed.

The towels and bedding were covered in holes and stains. The room was small and not very clean. There wasn’t much soundproofing in the hotel either as you could hear through to each room and corridor

Very noisy. Early check-in was not available, we had to wait from 7am til 2pm. No options for breakfast, just what they gave you. Far from the train station.

Awful stay, would not recommend to anyone. The room smelled strongly of moth balls, to the point that it was irritating my lungs. We tried to change rooms but they were completely full. They wouldn't offer a refund when we wanted to leave. The bathroom is poorly maintained, looks dirty and everything is rusted. The water contains a high concentration of iron. The wifi would cut in and out, not reliable. Our sheets were stained when we arrived but the staff changed it quickly. A truly uncomfortable stay.

The staff were friendly. The language barrier made it hard to communicate the problems with the room. They kept telling us the smell of the room was from an air freshener but maybe that's what moth balls translate to?
