New room, got an upgrade, friendly staff, very clean. The dinner was awesome. I got very good deal from Grab. If you stay here I totally recommend for you to try the buffet dinner in Asia restaurant and pay using grab (if the promo still available). I think it is the cheapest 5* hotel buffet in Jakarta. AustraliaI can’t say anything negative about this property, other than I wished we stayed more in Jakarta to enjoy everything Ritz had to over. It was honestly, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
As soon as you walked into The Ritz Carlton, Mega Kuningan, it felt so prestigious and well-maintained. At the get go, it started our “Jakarta Holiday” with a bang. The rooms and views were so amazing and it’s rare for me to have nothing negative to say. Other than that, the facilities such as the Ritz Carlton Spa were comparable, if not better, than other 5 star hotels I’ve visited in Asia. On top of this, one thing definitely stood out during my stay, that being the customer service of all the staff that worked here. From the door men that opened the door, to the security, and to the guest service agents, everyone were so kind and warm. I’d like to give a special thanks to the guest service manager, Elvan. One day I went down to speak to the front desk about several questions, I thought they wouldn’t be able to help me with many of my inquiries, but Elvan solved all of my inquiries, concerns and questions which made me surprised over the professionalism here at Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan. On top of that, he continued to check up when necessary such as when we were about to leave as to ensure we would be taken care of by the hotel, in regards to our travel back to the airport in Jakarta. I’d also like to give special praises to the Spa staff (masseuse), Berna and Kemi for being so warm and good at their job. Overall, the treatment we received at Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan, definitely made my girlfriend and I Ritz fans, I can 100% guarantee we will be coming back to this exact Ritz Carlton, because of the level of prestige the hotel exudes and the professionalism of all its staff members, such as Elvan.

We paid everything a day earlier, to have a quick morning check-out but somehow the clerk at the front desk in the morning, didn’t see it in the system and we had to look for our confirmation of payment (which we left in the room). Writing this just as an advice not to lose it :)
This was one of the most amazing hotels we stayed in. My wife had an important birthday and the team prepared decoration in the room and a cake (Daffa, Salma, Claudia - thank you 🙏). The whole staff was most helpful and kind, we don’t have words to describe it. The room was spacious, very comfortable, clean and quiet (very important for us). The breakfast was good, the buffet dinner was really nice. The swimming pool area is also relaxing. Definitely, book a massage in their Spa - the couple massage is fabulous - thank you Berna and Herna! We been in the nice hotels around the world but I must say this was one of our favorites

We had a suite which included club lounge. The room was fantastic with a separate lounge area as well as main bedroom ensuite there was a powder room also. This can in super handy for our family of 3. The bathrooms were beautifully fitted out and large. The staff upon check in were very pleasant and extremely lovely and helpful. It is a lovely Hotel and our flight was late in the evening and we were lucky enough to have been given a late check out and able to still use the Club lounge. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and making our journey home an enjoyable one.

She also recommended the perfect spot for breakfast within the hotel, which was a great start to our day. • Adhitya (Reception) – Very kind and informative. He gave us wonderful advice about Indonesia, and we were impressed by his professionalism. • Daffa (Breakfast Restaurant) – So helpful and friendly! He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. • Rivaldi (Breakfast Restaurant) – Also went out of his way to assist us. Extremely attentive and pleasant. The overall service exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

we got the club lounge access and also can have lunch and dinner there, so we just enjoy our time in the hotel. the room is spacious with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed, so for our group, it fits really well. breakfast so many choices and varieties, however the smoke salmon refill is very slow and runs out so fast.

EgyptThe best stay, best hotel, bet guest relation team not only in indonesia but ever, prior to check in the guest relation team emailed us for any requests, we requested an early check in as we were on a honeymoon and our flight was 12 hours, the guest relation team didn’t only accept the early check in yet they decorated the room, placed our pictures on the window overlooking the beautiful scenery of jakarta from the 20th floor, they guided us throughout the day gave us suggestions when it comes to best restaurants, delivered us an amazing chocolate cake, the food was amazing the tea time with desserts were delicious the breakfast was mouth dropping with a huge diversity, the spa was very clean with free ice team and cold citrus infused water, we came to jakarta on a transit yet we wished we have stayed more, WE LOVE YOU!!!!!

I always admire such leadership; the club lounge guys are all great people that are properly trained to help you- even some of them are still interns, but they managed to pull high quality services- kudos to RC training program.

Their warm welcome, attention to details (I always choose non smoking room), and genuine hospitality made me feel like a valued guest from the start. What stood out most was how they remembered my name and consistently offered thoughtful, proactive solutions to any request or concern. It’s rare to find a team so in sync and committed to guest satisfaction. Club Lounge Experience – Christian The Club Floor was another highlight, thanks to Christian, whose service was nothing short of outstanding. He not only ensured every detail of my visit was perfect but also introduced me to a unique touch of local culture—traditional Jamu drinks served exclusively within the Club Lounge. This thoughtful gesture added a layer of authenticity and exclusivity that I truly appreciated. Musical Ambience – The Pianist In the afternoon the atmosphere was elevated by the soulful tunes of the hotel’s pianist— I spent time talking with an older pianist (I noticed Ritz CArlton Mega Kuningan has two pianist, the younger guy and the older one) this older guy was wearing a Parisian-style beret.
