The area in front of the lobby is too narrow, thus when some minibus dropped off the passenger, it created a long queue for other incoming cars or taxi to pick up/drop off passengers. I would suggest the minibus should picked up or drop off passenger on pedestrian infront of the hotel.

We like the location, since we could join Surabaya CFD on Sunday morning, just in a few steps from this hotel.

Luxurious stay! Room and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast had lots of Indonesian and western options and was filling! Pool was nice. Staff all very friendly. Able to walk to local restaurants. Around 30 minute drive from airport.

The location is not really close to much but there are restaurants within walking distance. Not exactly a tourist location.

The bathroom seems quite old and the room is not so spacious. Pool under maintenance in the morning. A little bit overpriced.

It was very nice hotel and room, stuff is extremely kind and helpful - thank you so much for your hospitality! Breakfast selection and dinner buffet are excellent. You have wide choice of different dishes not only from Asian but also European cuisine.

The gym is very standard, which is OK. But there’s no supervisor at the gym, folks who didn’t wear workout clothes (wearing pyjamas and sandals) were using the gym equipments and they talked LOUD. They should’ve been not allowed to enter the gym, therefore supervisor is needed.

The location is at the heart of the city, there are stand-alone tenants by walking distance, near Taman Bungkul and its famous culinary area. Rooms were immaculate, beds were very comfy. Water pressure was good. There’s free valet parking for guests.

Start digitize, good beginning by replaced phone desk in room with mobile ph but suggest also put in room dining menu on it rather than on TV. Anyway, so far really helpful information on TV 😊

The kids room is more catered to kids 3 and younger ; could have some more toys for kids slightly older. The main set back was the kitchen management. Little issues like boiled eggs that were almost uncooked when opened for breakfast, to a bigger disappointment at dinner time. Several menu items were out of stock ; and the items we ordered were fine but the wait time of almost 1 1 /2 hours was a real let down (only two other tables had guests so the kitchen should be able to manage). Our kids were out by the time the food arrived. The positive is that the staff was very apologetic (offered a free fruit platter and took an item of the bill that the kids couldn’t eat since they had fallen asleep). In short : thanks for the great staff; but the hotel should look into training the kitchen staff and how to prep the hotels food offer.

Welcoming and nicely decorated hotel. The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Other facilities like swimming pool and playroom were neat and kept the kids entertained during rainy hours. The zoo is a 15 minute walk from the hotel which made for a nice family outing. A good stay for our family.
