Nothing serious. I just felt some small improvements would benefit this property in a big way! Breakfast and in general food options could be improved. The in room dining menu (electronic one) differs from what is actually available. (Less options unless you call them) The pool area, towels and restaurant could all do with a small upgrade/replacement. The sun loungers at the pool could be replaced.

Our room was large as spacious. They were flexible with a late checkout. SPA was affordable and good value.

There was a foul smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, hope it's fixed soon.

Room was very clean and spacious. Enjoyed my stay here. Yoga classes were offered to guests.

- Location a bit odd, not really near anything else - Breakfast was really weird. Different options every day but no real set themes, and not well labelled, especially for those with dietary requirements. For example, there was a bun with meat in next to all of the breakfast pastries. - I get that different cultures have different tastes, but who has lasagna for breakfast? Honestly just a bit weird.

The bathroom is deadly slippery and they just put precaution stickers while doing nothing on the slippery floor. Watch your step especially for elderly and kids

A little too far from a supermarket/store. Nothing in walking distance. Maybe have a small store at the resort so kids can buy lollies or icecream and general items.

The best staff we dealt with throughout Bali - WELL DONE! Breakfast was great - can I suggest a jar of vegemite be added to have on toast for Australians!! Very quiet and relaxing area.

Kitchen management could improve. Especially during buffets, many food containers (chafers) were left empty. It's natural that some food will be consumed more than others but if a certain food is finished by people then it should be filled before the container is empty. In some cases the containers were left empty from 9.00 am and never filled out. Something as simple as omelette services were not efficient. People gave up waiting for the food and moved out. This was not just the case with the new year buffet but also every breakfast that we had for 4 days. Also in room kitchen can improve. There were hardly any cooking utensils. Something as simple as a microwave can be added to the room.

The rooms are very good and spacious. The staff is courteous.

Neighbors were noisy, but this couldn't be helped by the staff

Staff were so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Very lovely. Great for family and adults. The breakfast was great value.

If I had wanted to explore would have needed to hire bike or taxi , however staying on the property was not an issue at all

The restuarant dining options were limited ,bill had to be settled each time we order instead of last.Location was much out of the way.Not possible to walk around the area expecially after dark.We used a bike during our stay.

We stayed for 4 nights, we got an automatic upgrade to a suite,which was too big for both us, with ahuge dayroom,2bedrooms and balconies.The rooms were very well maintained and cleaned.The staff were all very polite and extremely helpfull in everything.Pool and area well maintained,breakfast options are plenty and delicious.

Location wasn’t the best but we got a scooter organised through the hotel so it didn’t matter that location wasn’t centre

The staff were exceptional. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade to a family suite. What an amazing amount of space. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was the tranquil end to our holiday that we wanted.

There isn’t anything to dislike. The property is very secluded which is good but nothing is within walking distance.

Room was super spacious and the layout was very comfortable!! The property itself is beautiful, the pool is quite nice but most of all the people working at the property are very nice! If you are traveling with a family this is a relaxing and fun environment. Daily activities are available and add to the charm of the location. I had three dinners and two out of the three were outstanding, recommend the Satay and the Pizza, exceeded my expectations!

- Certain facilities in need of a refurb e.g gym - Food & drink really expensive compared to local rate - Only stayed one night and found the location a bit isolating & boring compared to other areas of Bali. Was convenient close to the airport though

- Room was spacious & comfortable - Staff were really friendly & accommodating - Able to use the facilities after checking out & waiting for our flight

The location is quite off, need a taxi to get to restaurants or anything else (or walk in a dark alley for 20min to get to main road). Hotel should offer shuttle service at least to main road…

Big resort, with nice spacious rooms and a balcony. Decent restaurant (though relatively high prices). Breakfast choice quite good
