Cockroach and smell. Little effort would be enough to make the structure decent but they have no clue about what they are doing.

The property was in the perfect location for 3 days exploring Yogyakarta! The family are super warm and welcoming and made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable in their lovely home. Amazing value for money - couldn’t fault our stay🫶🏼

It's all in the name, "Rumah kita" definitely felt like my house/home. Michael and Micah were extremely helpful with suggestions on how to best spend my time on Yogyakarta, they even took me out to dinner to experience a wonderful local restaurant and made me feel very welcome! I loved spending evenings outside in the common area just chatting with them. The whole vibe of the house is very homely and the collected vintage furniture adds a warm touch. I was very sad to leave and will 100% only be staying here next time I visit Yogyakarta!

Great location, the hosts are really welcoming and helpful!! Overall, it was clean and the accommodations are pretty cute (especially the bathroom).

There’s two owl attached to a tree in the garden. As animal lovers, we were absolutely shocked!! Also, it was very dirty under our bed. But for the rest, great stay if you plan to move a lot during the day.

The host was very kings, friendly and funny. The animals and specially the baby owl. Lots of restaurants near the house.

Some of the spot inside the room and communal area were pretty dusty, I understand that it is old style building but they need little bit more effort to clean up these spots, other than that was fabulous and everything was fine

It's a great place! Host is a really nice guy, who will assist you and help you if you need anything. There are bikes you can rent, a clean bathroom and a comfortable bed.

Good location. I'd suggest this homestay to those who put location as a priority

A bit hot inside of the room

House is clean and my room also is, fast self check in/out, there is kitchen i can use to cook, the hosts are reliable and quick to answer my questions. Ordinary people might not always notice, but their pillow is very nice and comfy.

No carpark, but it's fine since it's not too far.

The best homestay that made me feels like home. As someone that really love to do self-service, i really love the idea of self checkin! very flexible and you can whatsapp them directly after book for the confirmation. Do not expect it like a hotel okay! but this homestay is total comfort and clean (i booked the superior AC, the bedsheet is smells good) with a nice backyard to chill. The best part is kid not allowed in this homestay, very nice for those travelling solo that dont like kids screaming or crying while resting :)

Good location, I was only guest so I was only user of shared bathroom and toilet.

They had some massive cockroaches in the house - in my room and corridor/kitchen!

The house is very homey and cozy with its unique vintage furniture, the room comfortable and clean, as well as the bathroom and kitchen facilities. The position is also really strategic, near the main tourist attractions and within walking distance to many eats and shops. But the highlight are definitely Michael, Tya & family (Bonzo included OFC), their hospitality and warmth is what makes Rumah Kita! I'd definitely book here again if I'm in the area. · I had a great stay at Rumah Kita BnB. The house has the grandma home vibe and it's very Homey. Listya's family was very friendly and helpful. They helped me book shuttle to Borobudur and Prambanan. Baby K and Bonzo was def the highlight <3. Def recommend it if you want to experience living with locals. They also rent out motorcycle and bicycle so very convenience :D

location is quite nice. it’s an old house decorated with nice pieces of vintage finds. the rooms are decently sized. there is filtered water on premises.
