Great location for the port of Sanur and also Bali Bird Park. This hotel is great for a one night stop over to get the boat from Sanur port - not really a holiday hotel. The room was spacious, working air con and wifi.

On arrival, the pillow cases were not clean with visible grey/brown stains. However, I showed receptions and they changed them promptly to clean white covers. Seeing this did make me feel a bit uncomfortable and questioned how thorough the cleaning was. There is a very busy road to cross outside of the hotel - no crossing available. You have to wait for a gap in traffic or do what the locals do and walk out holding your hand to stop. Luckily a nice man helped us and showed us how, yet it is a bit hectic - especially at night.

The room is very spacious and comfortable with a garden right off the front terrace. You are on a main road but don't hear the traffic!

Unfortunately breakfast left a bit to be desired. You could have a pack of Indo Mie (local ramen noodles) with an egg or white bread and an egg but somehow fried rice has not available...day after day. Bummer and surprising in Indonesia.

Price was good and pool looked good

Close to the harbour and the staff were very helpful

The Suites were nice and quite apart from the main hotel, but we still had access to the nice pool.

The map showed it being on the beach side of the bypass but it was on the other side which was a bit of a nuisance to get anywhere.

Well located, 10mn away from The pier (convenient to take a boat).

Next to a big road difficult to cross with the traffic (and noisy). There is not much around.

The suite rooms were large. The property was surprisingly quiet for its location. It was in a location we needed.

It’s pretty bare bones and our room had an odd smell.

It’s a bit difficult to cross the road even at the crossing because it’s a main road but everything else was exceptionally

It was hot and the property had a pool, but the water was too dirty to go in . We were woken up at night by people chatting loudly in front of their room / management should make sure that the back are where the rooms are remains quiet .

The location to the port is great and the beach road, however it is an extremely busy road outside and we didn’t feel it was safe to navigate with our luggage and a 5 year old, so our boat company picked us up anyway. Check in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly.

The AC unit switched on but didn’t actually work, but we were provided with a stand up fan, which did keep the room cool. The pool was a dirty green murky colour, would not recommend swimming in it. The leg off my 5 year olds bed fell off as the wood underneath was rotted away, they did help us wedge it with another bed to make it useable. My husband and I had multiple bites through the night.

Filthy hotel! Firstly, the beds have never been changed, left over food in the fridge, dirt/sand all over the floors, all in all complete mess. We arrived at 2am, if it wasn’t for this we would have moved hotels. Tin roof + heavy rain = no sleep. Air conditioning worked but made the room smell even more.

Perfect stopover between the flight in to DPS and before taking the ferry to the islands. We loved they had a triple room. Very good value for the price. Very comfortable beds.

Facilities are a bit run down and the aircon or roof leaked a bit (couldn’t tell which). But not unexpected for this price accommodation.

Perfect location for the port at Sanur and catching early boats and a fair enough cost for 4 adults for a one night stay.

Rooms very basic indeed and not overly welcoming with decor etc. Bathrooms had a funny, musty type smell.
